The location was in a nice part of the city. Felt safe. Within a 10 min drive to the casino. The room it self was remodeled and ok. Nothing fancy but it was comfortable. The bathroom floor appeared to have not been thoroughly washed because when putting down the white towel as a bathmat, the towel became extremely dirty, showing ho much dirt s left on the floor. The shower was full walk in which was wonderful BUT on the base of the shower, there was absolutely nothing put down to prevent slipping. I WOULD SAY IT IS ACTUALLY DANGEROUS. I told the front staff when leaving but I am unsure if the message was correctly received or if it would be passed on effectively. I would also suggest that they put some clothes hooks in the bathroom because right no there is nothing to hang your clothes on when finished showering. I would stay there again.

Needs something to hang clothes on when showering or changing in the bathroom. MUST HAVE SOMETHING FOR SAFETY PUT ON THE SHOWER. FLOOR- DANGEROUSLY SLIPPERY

Kenora may look average when you drive by, but don't judge the book by the cover. The rooms are large, clean and updated. The bed was in the top 3 I have ever slept in, it was better than my bed at home! The value for Kenora motel is unbelievable. If you want a pool, spa or exercise room, this is not the place for you. But is you are looking for an incredible value, lovely room and a comfortable bed, reserve a room here in Windsor for your stay. Less than 2 miles from the Ambassador Bridge for convenience.

I couldn't figure out the TV and 2 remotes, but, when I called the desk they immediately offered to come up and show me. I did eventually get it on but what great service to want to come up at midnight! depending on your room there can be a little street noise. It's not noticeable if you turn on the fan.

The staff was extremely friendly. The room was clean and the AC worked really well. I was also able to park close to my room which was absolutely delightful. The shower ran hot and the curtains kept the room very dark.

The shower had a small drip. The mini fridge would make a noise and then clunk very loudly at random. Our room was a little close to the road so there was a lot of truck noise. There were top sheets instead of fitted sheets on the bed so they'd come loose pretty quick ad we'd be sleeping on mattress directly.

phoned in requested a room on ground floor because I am handicapped. Luckily they gave me a room that was somewhat handicapped accessible. Other ground floor rooms had quite a step to get thru the door. Bathroom should have had a handheld shower but it didn't . Fixtures were there for one but not the actual handheld shower. Also besides a drawing on pavement indicating handicapped parking there should be a sign. Another vehicle parked in the spot and the vehicle did not show a handicapped identification. Good price. Good location

Nice comfortable room, good location, friendly staff, and great value.

The room lighting was a bit harsh, and the shower curtain bar in our room was loose so the shower curtain hung down onto the tub floor. But neither were a big deal.

Friendly decent motel with more than reasonable rates compared to most. Staff management were very courteous and accommodating. Would book again.

There is a lingering musty smell in the room at first but once the fan/air conditioner is run it clears up.

I find the staff and the owner very beautiful very helpful if you need anything the place is clean I love the convenience to the highway I can't say any negative things about it

Tv doesn’t have Netflix so i always bring my i pad with me. Rest of the thing are excellent so i can manage.

This was our 2nd time staying at Kenora Motel. We asked for a particular room but was offered another room. The room offered was even better situated and set up then the one we asked for. Kenora Motel went beyond what we expected, giving us the best possible stay . We will definitely be back, the next time we visit Windsor. Room insulation was excellent, so sound proofing is great. Air conditioner was also awesome especially in the 33 degrees Celsius heat of summer. Decent king bed, nice sofa , a really nice little refrigerator and microwave were all amenities which are really good to have. Room has been recently redecorated and everything was squeaky clean. Location was of course fantastic. Near to downtown where all the restaurants are. Applebee just across the road and Fred's Market, an awesome local farmer's market, practically next door.

Nothing we didn't like
