Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. I didn't have breakfast, but my sister said that it was fine. We chose this location because it was close to Caesar's Casino, where we were going to a concert. We were able to take a reasonably priced taxi back and forth. Not as fancy as other accommodation in the area, but we felt safe, the room was very clean, and it was a comfortable and relaxing stay.

We were satisfied with everything during our stay.

Breakfast was standard for a Quality Inn. The staff member who attended breakfast went out of her way to be helpful. The staff in general was very nice. The suite was the size of 2 hotel rooms with more than enough space for my family of 5. The hotel is strategically located close to the US-Canada Tunnel.

The hotel's neighborhood is not in the best part of town.

Our second stay. We specifically chose to stay here again (after a 7 hour drive) for many reasons. Firstly, their breakfast, under restrictions is fantastic! A cold grab bag wasn’t going to cut it. We got bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, yogurt, cereal, etc…it was just great. Secondly, they don’t charge exorbitant pet fees, which in our case was a little kitten we had no choice but to bring with us. To say the staff went above and beyond would be an understatement. On our first visit it was the weekend of our daughter’s birthday. The staff left treats and a special message to her that made her so happy. They even did so again for New Years Eve with hardly any notice! It was affordable, amazingly accommodating, and very clean. Would not hesitate to stay there again. The entire staff was fantastic.

location, cleanliness, breakfast was good and nice to have tea or coffee available at all times in the lobby

I felt the room set up was awkward. The sink area (separate from the toilet and tub area) didn’t have a place to hang a towel for hand drying so we just had them lie on the counter. A few hooks on the wall would have been nice.

the location was nice. it was close enough to the waterfront and casino and Walkerville area to be able to walk to everything we wanted to do (we prefer to walk to all amenities). the free parking, wifi and hot breakfast was amazing, so happy that there were NO hidden fees.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent for walking to local restaurants and attractions. The breakfast was good and had a lot to chose from. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Would have liked a restaurant or bar in the hotel, but very close by these amenities.

Breakfast was great with several options including hot food. Rooms were well appointed and clean. Staff were curteous and friendly. Breakfast service was very good.

We were in town to attend the casino so would have preferred a closer location to that but we enjoyed the hotel anyway and it was an easy walk from there.

Every morningThe maid was at the door knocking over and over very loud too early in the morning. We like to sleep in but this forced us to wake up and leave the room for 40 min and or we wouldn't be getting our 4oom clean, as they look mornings only.

We visited just after a long lockdown in Ontario due to Covid. All the staff were friendly but the breakfast attendant deserves the most praise. She worked very hard single handedly to serve all the hotel guests as they were not permitted to "self serve" as in the past because of Covid restrictions. This was confusing to most guests and better signage may have helped. The attendant despite being by herself on a busy weekend maintained her cool and was very polite with all the guests (some were rude because it took longer to get served or were angry because they had run out of food). This hotel is located downtown and close to everything. We did not go to the Casino which seemed to surprise the Front Desk staff but instead enjoyed being able to walk to the waterfront park.

The room was comfortable but the air conditioner was extremely noisy when it started and shut down (which it did frequently during the night) making for a restless sleep in an otherwise comfortable bed. The entrance to the hotel and parking lot was confusing as it isn't well marked and you aren't quite sure which way to exit the property. Better signage would help or arrows on the pavement showing which lanes to take would be beneficial so you didn't run into another car.

The beds were super comfortable, and the staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was fresh, and the staff attending us was very helpful.

Just one thing, a bathroom with o towl bars isn't functional.
