we had a late night...missed out on breakfast unfortunately but overheard other guests with good things to say. We did have an unfortunate experience with the toilet in our room...but on the flip side...the young man on the front desk was very prompt to come and help us out..Not a pleasant task, but he did a good job rectifying the problem. The staff were courteous and very helpful...

My husband has some physical difficulties... being placed on the ground floor might have been more convenient as this location does not have an elevator...However, that was really only a minor inconvenience...we made out just fine with easy access through a side door and stairs close to our room...The lack of anything in the room with a time display on it was a bit troubling...waking up in the middle of the night, and not being immediately aware of the time ...Any kind of digital clock would have been nice....

I liked that we were so close to everything we wanted to do. It is always clean and the staff are friendly and courteous. I definitely would recommend friends and family staying there.

There was nothing I didn't like. Our whole experience was great.

Location and good check in. Bathroom seemed newly renovated.

Room had a patched up old leak in the ceiling. Hair dryer not working. Bed since table had some permanent glue like stains

easy acces tp hwy #401 and RC ROWE EXPRESSMAN......also easy to get downtown.......good restaurant very close...
