The room is well-sized and clean. The washroom was perfect! Everything was clean and the shower was really good. There is a small kitchenette for basic stuff. Overall, it was a very nice room and my family and I enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast disappointed me a little bit. It was only the basic. I think they could increase the variety of beverages and snacks. The other thing I didn´t like was the location. There is no options of restaurants or fast foods close to the hotel, This is not a big issue if you have rented a car, but that what was not my case, so the only option was to order some food by phone.

It’s close to all major highways and has features that are important to us such as blackout window coverings, a safe and very comfortable beds. The rooms are almost completely soundproof, well appointed and roomy. A decent breakfast is available but could be improved. Plenty of parking.

Staff should still be masked even if it’s not mandated as many people come from places that didn’t mandate vaccination and COVID is not over and will not be under control for some time to come. Also the pillows are terrible, very mushy and make your head sweat.

Property comes under Hilton branding, so almost all the things they are doing are good and up to the standards. Room was great, breakfast was also great with lots of option. Smooth check-in and check-out. Neat and tidy property. Ample amount of parking space.

Even though the property is situated on TransCanada, surrounding location is not that great. Its surrounded by car showrooms and you don't have any restaurants near by on a walking distance. You need to take out your vehicle in case you need something. Cannot go out on a walk as well, as the area is isolated and you don't see anyone on streets.

Clean property, big room, super modern and 5 star for the overall aesthetic of the room. The only negative side was the breakfast, the eggs were bland and tasted like water. no fresh fruit or sausage or breakfast potatoes. Missing some quality in the food and I understand you can’t spend a lot on food when not every guest might eat at the location. but maybe then make an option if you want to include breakfast and charge extra to include better options for food. I would’ve paid more for a better breakfast. besides that the over all room and cleanliness was perfect.

Walking conditions to the shopping area needed work. It would have been great if the shuttle could have taken us there instead of walking in high traffic areas where the sidewalk and roads were in poor condition.

Magnificent breakfast - every day they have something new as a main course + waffles. The staff is welcoming. Room is clean and spacious. Right beside a highway - good if you have a car. Not noisy at all

Very comfortable beds, modernly appointed spacious room with 55” flat screen TV with many familiar English channels. Great breakfast options including locally famous bagels. Excellent staff, respectful, responsive, and unfailingly pleasant. We had a slight issue with their on-demand Covid housekeeping which was rectified with superior customer service by the manager Danielle. And a Thank You to all the other front desk personnel as well. This was our first stay and won’t be our last.

Staff is very welcoming, rooms are clean, bed was so comfy, we had everything we asked for in the online booking form (bed for baby, room with adapted bath). Prices are very reasonable regarding the quality of the facilities, room, customer service… they even took care of preparing breakfast bags because we were leaving to soon for the airport.
