Nice hotel, great breakfast service. They have an area of cold and warm breakfast items as well as an omelette station with peppers, onions, mushrooms, cheese and several other items you can request in your omelette. We were only there for one night, we got in around midnight. It's very close to the airport, check in was quick. The room was clean, staff were all great.

Beautiful Furniture, very clean, quality food, courteous staff.

That our friend’s car was stolen in the middle of the night even with security and police told them that there were two cars earlier I. The week stolen and three cars last week. Need better surveillance and check that drivers have keys when the day approach a car to exit.

Breakfast was delicious particularly the omelette station. The hotel was very clean and staff friendly. We would recommend again to anyone particularly families.

Room for improvement could be extending breakfast hours a little later, better specialty coffee as the cappuccino wasn't good per one of the family members traveling with me, and the coffee brand in the self-serve coffee carafe could be better as it wasn't the best taste- maybe Starbucks or Tim Horton coffee going forward.

I don't understand why places use LED lights with that harsh white lights. You can get warm light colour - and avoid the hospital look.

I was catching a midday flight the next day. So the location was perfect. I was with a friend and stayed on the couch in the second room. It was perfect configuration. The rooms are lovely. I appreciated the decoration. Classy, and the bed was comfortable.

Our flight was canceled and the only good thing that happened was our stay! The staff was amazing! We had been stuck at the airport for almost 24 hours and the woman (I didn't get her name) who checked us in waved the early check-in fee for us! We were so exhausted, especially our 3 girls, and that allowed us to rest sooner!

No swimming pool. Also the staff were giving very different information. And it was frustrating & almost embarrassing. 1 staff tells me oh it’s allowed. Another will then say it’s not allowed. Who am I to believe?!

The staff was really professional and courteous.

Rooms are not cleaned unless you inform them to clean them. It's just like going at a restaurant and if you don't inform them to cook your food, you just pay and nothing happens. This is really ridiculous.

The first thing that struck me was how tastefully the room was designed and furnished. Very modern feel and it smelled new. While the whole room was not very large, i liked the door separation between the "bedroom" and "living room" area. Bed was very comfortable, and room had everything i needed. Great view!

The only strange thing was the slight noise coming from the air vent somewhere in the dresser area, between the bathroom and bedroom. Highway traffic noise was very faint, but i was on the top floor.
