Beautiful location. Beautiful pool and view of the lake. Lots of private areas with hot tub fire pit. Spa with rocking chairs, sauna etc. A large gym with lots of equipment and large bright windows. Shorefront on the lake with canoes & kayaks just across from the hotel. Sweet patio outside ground level room with 2 chairs and table! Very relaxing! On site restaurant where we had a delicious breakfast. So many beautiful spaces in this lodge.

The only thing I did not like was Leaving!!! Can’t think of anything I did not like.

We arrived early and they upgraded our room. The balcony was a nice refuge from the rain. The hotel is upgrading the backyard for more hot tubs and places to just enjoy the outdoors. The beach was flooded but the lake access is underrated. It is stunning. And the local kayak rental is located on the beach. We could've rented kayaks and paddled into the Quilliam-Durrell Reserve behind the hotel. A place to spot all sorts of birds and wildlike. I'd return in the autumn.

The sauna wasn't on so it was cold when we went to use it.

The staff at all levels were excellent in their manner and service in particular Brigitte Ducharme who was of great assisstance to us, we also enjoyed meeting Lilly every morning at breakfast. While the unit we stayed in was small it still met our needs.The hotel location provides a wonder view of the lake and is well located which allows for easy access to the nearby towns. Speaking to the morning breakfast it was the best we have had in years with lots of choice and as stated excellent service from Lilly. We will stay here again.

We liked that the room, hallway, and exterior had recent renovations. Our room was comfortable and staff were friendly. We took a stroll across the street and enjoyed the view from the area down the stairs. A nice spot to gaze at the Lac Brome.

Although we didn't stay at the hotel to use the spa facilities, we did go look at the hot tubs and they were quite foamy, indicating they needed better maintenance. Otherwise we were quite satisfied with everything else during our one night stay.

Loved the location, the room was nice, nice facilities with lovely view to the lake. Clean, cozy. Loved the jacuzzi. Lovely staff, good food.

I did not know the pool area was undergoing renovations - not that we would be able to use it, as it was cold, but the outdoor sitting area and jacuzzi view wasn't as nice. Breakfast was good, but we were not completely clear on what was included and were informed when ordering that some drinks were not included which I believe should be based on the price. Also paid a bit extra for a king bed and did not get it, but was happy with the room and ended up not complaining about it. Wish there were instructions on how to use the fireplace, tv and jacuzzi. They seemed to be a bit understaffed, specially the restaurant, but they were all very nice. Would be great if they sold snacks.

The view from our balcony onto the lake was stunning. The suite was spacious and comfortable. The food was delicious, but somewhat inconsistent. The spa area was nice, we enjoyed the hammam and jacuzzi. The location is great, we really liked the quiet surroundings but still easy to reach nearby villages for shopping, cafes and restaurants.

Unfortunately, the pool was closed due to major repairs. Breakfast on our second day was disappointing (undercooked, had to remind waitress that it was not what we ordered), although we really liked it the first day. The TV in the room is quite small for the size of the room.

The location on the lake was ideal. The bed was very comfortable and the pool was a bonus. The breakfast was wonderful.

My booking stated that I would have a room with a lake view, when, in fact, I was at the back of the hotel facing a scruffy looking parking area. The actual hotel room might have included a couple of easy chairs instead of the one solitary desk chair, especially given that the room had a fireplace.

The location is fantastic. The breakfast was fast and our waitress was superb. The staff at the desk were wonderful. We only stayed one night so I can't add much more.

The evening meal. The music was a bit too loud (and that's just because I suffer from panic and can't take loud noises when I'm tired). The singers were wonderful and their song picks were superb...just a little bit too loud to be able to have a conversation. You can tell I'm an older customer...ha, ha. We are all a bit deaf around the table. The food was very good except for the cheesecake I had...too sweet. I don't need desserts anyway.

The room was nice and clean, it was Hal hour from the Granby zoo that what we was planning for the day. The hotel has restaurant that open at 8 am we didn’t have a chance to try but it was nice to know that there is an option for breakfast. We arrived late so we didn’t really had the chance to enjoy the spa and what it is offer beside the room itself. We arrived after 11 pm and the key was waited for us.

Excellent meal. Note that if it was not incl. in price of room it would have been too expensive to eat there at $24 for breakfast. Dinner prices were going rates and O.K. as we did eat dinner there.

On arrival the room was very well presented and clean. Each day after that the room was not fully cleaned nor the bed made properly even after speaking with cleaning staff. Spoke to Mgr. re only one bath robe but not a problem. Ironing board but no iron?? Again, no problem but wanted them to know.
