I liked the spaces…bedroom & bathroom, the terraces, the sunroom & kitchen, the nearby parking although it was tight, the proximity to the ferry. The shower was excellent. I would have liked bedside lighting for evening reading. I wished there were instructions somewhere for the TV's remote control …maybe in the kitchen- since we stayed 5 nights. I didn't like the fridge situated right beside my head when sleeping. (Possibly on a small table by the clothes organizer.) It would have been a bonus to have a sitting area upstairs rather than the table & chairs to enjoy coffee or win. One more item: a neat, small sign by the front entrance Les Suites Kaishi!

The building is beautiful and in a wonderful location! The room was very clean, as was the kitchen area. Lovely and bright! The neighborhood is lovely, and Levis has some interesting history itself. I am really glad we stayed in Levis, and not Quebec City. We would have missed this completely. Short walk to the ferry, but it is steep! Some nice restaurants, and the biking along the river is awesome!

Our one complaint was that in our room (and seemingly most of the rooms), the windows do not open, so the air was quite stuffy. They did provide a tower fan, but without access to fresh air, that didn't quite do the trick.

The view from the kitchen is fantastic. The location is perfect. Not so far from the mall or supermarket, and it's pretty close to the ferry on foot. We could save some money on gas and parking lot because we crossed the river by ferry and got into the old Quebec.

The bed was too soft so I couldn't sleep well, but it wasn't a significant problem. Other than that, everything was fine. It's simple but good.

Absolutely amazing place with a cute terrace where we enjoyed our aperitif with a beautiful view of Quebec City. The host is super nice, she warmly welcomed us and provided with all the necessary instructions. We even could choose the menu of our breakfast and it was absolutely fantastic! If you want to visit Quebec City, this place is the best choice! From Levis you can even better enjoy the view of Frontenac castle and take a boat to go to the city center, which is a really fun experience. It takes just a couple of minutes to go to the harbour. Also, it's better value for money and Levis is a very nice green city with plenty of Victorian houses.

Perfect location for using the ferry. Lovely deck. Great kitchen but ome guests seemed to think the kitchen was just for their use.

We had a hot pot to boil water for tea but the base was missing so it could not be used. Suite is a little awkward when using the shower head if you're not a bath person.

Very clean, modern and well equipped. Beautiful views across the river towards Québec city. Close to the ferry crossing and local supermarket.

The communal air conditioning. Unnecessary as each room is equipped with an individual air-conditioning unit. It's noisy and made our room a bit too cold for our liking. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Lovely, comfortable suite with excellent view of Quebec City. Great shower. The shared kitchen facility was really handy and well equipped. Coffee maker is in the room, but kettle in kitchen only. The ferry is a short walk, but steep hill on return, so you can easily park at the bottom if you prefer.

Beautiful room with a porch just across the river from Old Town Quebec. Room was clean, comfortable and self checkin was perfect for us. The ferry to Old Town was a short walk away with convenient departure time. Evenings were very quiet. There were a few local restaurants just across the street.

The 15 min walk to/from the ferry dock has a steep section with stairs. Just an FYI for those with mobility issues.

The room and furnishings looked new and pleasant. There’s a little deck (although we didn’t have time to use)

Payment must be done with cash or Interact. Credit cards not accepted. The regular period for check-in is only between 4pm and 6pm. Although it’s possible to checkin outside of the hours by calling the owner. We arrived 5:55pm, the owner already left. We had to call her.

The property is spacious, well-lit and had all modern amenities for a comfortable stay! We stayed as a family with kids and the kitchenette and washer-dryer in the apartment was super helpful! the Owner Marie-helen is also very helpful and friendly. Would recommend our friends and family to this place.

The location is bit away from the Main Street of levis and the narrow allies are not cleaned properly during the snow.
