The location was unbeatable for the price - right on the Grande Allee beside excellent restaurants and steps from the Plains of Abraham and the cable car to the old city. The beds were great; we had four people and two queens that were very comfortable. It was very quiet so no problem sleeping. (we had been driving all day) The room had air conditioning that worked well, and the windows were surprisingly good at reducing any street noise from the outside, as our window was second floor facing the street life. The host was very efficient and helpful. And the size of the room and bathrooms was great. We would absolutely stay there again.

It's really hard to find a flaw - the bathtub / shower was a bit grungy -- not unclean, just a bit worn as you'd expect in a building in older Quebec with a bit of character.

As per usual, location, location, location

It wasn't expected nor offered with the hotel booking, but a small, minimal prepared breakfast would have been welcomed.. like, already brewed coffee & some substance on the side for AM guests in pj's. Yes, there are coffee pouches, coffee maker, etc. in the room, but not my bag..gotta dress, go a few doors down to a hotel with the works.

The room was cute and had all we needed. Location is great for the price. we were a 10 minute walk away from the parliment building and the old city. Staff were great. We forgot a charger in the room after check out. we told them about it and they went to look for it right away and handed it to us. Thank you for that!

The water pressure in the washroom is not the best but does the job

Breakfast was not included but it had a microwave oven in the bottom floor room, not on the 3rd floor room.

Old, caved in flooring on the 3rd floor probably helped cause a misstep and banged against the unguarded foot of the bed. Broke my toe and missed days of tourism, which was terrible. But everything else was absolutely delightful.

The location. We wanted somewhere close to old town, even though I had mobility issues. We were a very short drive, but for people with no limitations, it would definitely be walkable. Would stay there again.

Windows didn't open, dirty to look out. Didn't know how to adjust the air conditioning, but I never asked, though.

The location was excellent, it was a short distance walk from everything I wanted to see. The parking lot behind the building was hard to find, but once we found it, it was extremely convenient.

25$ to park your car is a little pricey.

We stayed for 3 days at the hotel, the hotel room was lovely, big and clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We especially would like to thank Dennis for his Quebec tips and tips in general. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The location was awesome for easy walking to restaurants and old town Quebec.

The hotel is in much need of some TLC and painting. Very minimalistic...would have preferred more amenities.

The location is excellent and there are many places around to eat. The assistant is also great, they helped us to book a taxi since we departed at 5:25 from the train station.

The Internet is not always available.

Location. Nice staff. Charming rooms. Very good beds. Quiet room on the back. Size of room is large. Competitive price.

In the evening there is no personel. You need to check in at the Concorde hotel nearby (50m). My room did not have a sign for cleaning so it did not get cleaned the first day. (They do not clean unless you put the sign). AC was difficult to regulate.
