Homewood Suites is a remarkable place to stay! I recently had the pleasure of experiencing their hospitality, and it left me thoroughly impressed. The location of Homewood Suites was ideal, conveniently situated in the heart of the city, providing easy access to all the major attractions. What truly stood out was the impeccable cleanliness throughout the property. The rooms, common areas, and facilities were spotless, making my stay extremely comfortable. The staff at Homewood Suites were exceptional. From the moment I checked in to the day of my departure, they went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable experience. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests. I can't emphasize enough how much I enjoyed my stay at this place. If you're looking for a place with a prime location, pristine cleanliness, and a team of welcoming and helpful staff, Homewood Suites is a top choice. I'll definitely be returning on my next visit to the city.

One aspect that was less than ideal during my stay at Homewood Suites was the room configuration. I had reserved a room for three adults and one kid , but there was only one bed, and it was not spacious enough to comfortably accommodate two adults.While the cleanliness, location, and staff were exceptional, the room's bedding arrangement left something to be desired. It would be great if Homewood Suites offered rooms with larger beds or the option for two beds in the future to better meet the needs of guests traveling as a big family.

Nice location and rooms were nice and clean. Hot Breakfast was great.

We had to wait to be checked in as there was no one on the reception area ( had a five minute sign). Somebody showed up after 15 minutes. Parking - paid for four days - only stayed for three nights. Had to pay for the night we arrived at 8pm - ridiculous. I choose the hotel because of it rating - but not worth for the money.

I very much enjoyed the staff and the amenities available for me and my family to enjoy. We did not have any problems and the room came equip wit ha bag with additional blankets and pillows which helped our youngest daughter the first night who had difficulty sleeping.

The breakfast configuration has the main lineup for breakfast at the same spot where the milk and juices are, which means that multiple trips are required to get everything needed for the family. Reorganizing near the coffee or having all drinks separate could make it easier for everyone.

The location was right at the village. The hotel was overall clean. Room was clean as well. The breakfast was really good. Both the days I enjoyed their breakfast. Staffs were courteous.

I booked a room with kitchen. Where mostly all the facilities were there ,2 things were concerning. Don't know why 2 of the cabinets were locked in my rooms kitchen which were not accessible and they didn't provide much clarification for that. Also there were no frying pan initially in the kitchen. But after we called and asked for one, they promptly provided one. Kitchen bowls and containers for cooking were not much clean , ther were stains in those cooking pots and few bowls.

We could not eat the breakfast as we have individuals with celiac disease. There were no gluten free or celiac safe options. Thankfully we had the kitchen and could make our own meals.

Accessibility to the rooms was challenging, Can't get the carts directly to the rooms, had to stop part way down the hall and carry bags the rest of the way. Could have used a few more basics in the kitchen - can opener, sharp knives, oven mitts, baking tray, full sized coffee maker, tongs, kettle.

Convenient location. Right near the bottom of the ski slopes. Nice size units. Breakfast was great. The staff we're very nice. Jeanne was really helpful. Such an asset!

Fat Mardis bar directly below the unit we stayed in # 221. The music is too loud. Thank goodness they're only open until 10 pm. The blinds let too much light into the room. The sheets were too small for the mattress.

the location is superb! you walk out into the pedestrian village and have everything available. also the hot tub is a MUST in the snow.

while we loved having a breakfast available it seemed at times it was hard for them to keep it stocked during the morning rush. also the rooms are modern but the decor elsewhere is outdated. that would not be too much of an issue except it affects things like the elevator which moves at a snail’s pace. we ended up carrying our luggage down flights of stairs to avoid the issues. that is ok for us because we are able to do so but could be problematic for those who can’t.

The location was perfect. Our room was located towards the entertainment stage. We were able to enjoy the music each night from the comfort of our room. The kitchenette was perfect to enjoy meals in our room versus the restaurant setting.

The elevator made lots of noise and hoping it is inspected regularly.

Convenient as the location is very close to the ski lifts, rentals, restaurants and retail stores. Basically the hotel is just minutes away walking distance between each facilities.

The fact that not all lights work in the suite I was given (e.g. had to shower in a dimly lit washroom). Also, the fact that the guest have to pay additional for parking ($23/day)

The rooms in both suites were big and close to each others as I requested.

We went as a group in a rented mini bus. Unfortunately we couldn't park it in the internal parking and we had to pay for the external one. We couldn't get it covered by the hotel eventhough the internal parkings for 2 cars were supposed to be included in our reservation if we went by them. This is the only point which we weren't satisfied about it
