The experience was generally great. The suite was well designed and calming. The view from the window was great. The beds were so comfortable.

I wish there were more vegan options. There was a staff member that was quite mean. The others were great.

Bed super comfortable, gym facilities good, swimming pool great for the kids, and most of the staff was really helpful and welcoming. Family friendly environment. Location is close to subway station and not very far from downtown. Breakfast was really good with a good sort of options (buffet style). Also the staff responsible for the breakfast was really nice and welcoming.

Glasses and plates in the room were stored dirty. Probably the last occupant in the room did not clean properly even though there is dishwasher and soap in the room. Staff in the reception while we were checking in could be nicer and friendly. Breakfast seating area need to be repurposed due to the limited space and not very effective in accommodating the volume of guests during peak hours (8:30-9:30am).

My room and in it's location is important to me as someone who struggles with sleep and I was travelling with my father who has dementia and needs quiet. Having amenities like a restaurant and coffee shop onsite and with good hours operating was also important for the same reasons. We need flexibility and that was available. Being in the neighbourhood where my dad group up couldn't have been a better choice! It is in walking distance and easy access to downtown but also close by to many local hot spots.

The restaurant was super loud at night but otherwise no complaints.

New, beautiful hotel in good location, about 20 min drive to downtown (by car, with no traffic), 7 minutes walk to subway station for those who will be using public transportation. Big and well arranged rooms, very clean, very fresh and solid breakfast options. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Great and very well maintained swimming pool and gym.

Dining room is not sufficient in size for the size of the hotel and amount of people. Around 9 AM guest may experience waiting lines to get into dining room. The hotel located right above major highway, if your windows facing highway, even on upper floors guests can hear noice form tracks or motorcycles driving there which can become disturbing at night hours.

Rooms were spacious & clean. Liked the amenities they provided both in kitchen and bathroom. Hot breakfast was awesome with a nice variety. When we checked in, their computer systems were down, so we had to wait a bit for our room. But, front staff nicely made up for it by giving us an upgrade. Supermarket was just down the block.

Overall property was nice but sometimes elevators didn’t work as expected. One time we had to wait more than 15 minutes for an elevator. Pool is on smaller side and lots of echo in that room, so it becomes very loud if there are many people. Open seating would have been nicer for breakfast, as server led seating added wait time.

Great hotel apartment for a longer stay, with excellent amenities both in the hotel and nearby (including a good supermarket). Staff were lovely. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Montreal.

The location is amazing, parking available all the time! Close to subway!! And quite! Breakfast is good and fresh, and you could bring the take out box with you if the dining area is no spots. Room service is fast as well, i asked blankets for the sofa beds, they came and dropped so quick. :) The front desk ladies are absolutely perfect, and they are so kindly! There is one girl, (so sorry I can’t remember her name)she is working so hard and she is over time working so many hours, but she still keeping smiling and she is been helpful as well! I love this hotel. Will be back for sure.

- Location in a new building neighbourhood, so everything is quite new, clean. About 15m from YUL, supermarket and some malls are around, easily walk there to buy souvenirs. Taxis to Old Montreal around 15m. - Breakfast is quite good. - I booked a suite for my family, the room amenities are quite convenient.

- I travelled with my 9 months old son. The hotel has a sign of no smoking in 9 meters from the main entrance, but seems not working so well. I noticed the receptionist and hope that it’s can be improved.

The breakfast on site was excellent and well organized. There was a grocery store a short ways from Homewood Suites where some snack and other food items could be purchased.

Although our room was very nice there was a heavy coffee table in front of the sofa (a pull out sofa for sleeping) and it was very heavy to move in order to pull the sofa into a bed. My daughter and I had a king bedroom with sofa bed and she wanted to sleep in the sofa bed so we finally had a male staff come up and rearrange the table. We were told by one of the front desk people that they had not had any complaints about the table but we felt the layout was not convenient for guests wanting to use the pullout.

The room was very spacious and clean, and the facilities were nice. The kids enjoyed the pool!

We had requested a room on a low floor, as my husband has a severe fear of heights. We had several emails confirming we would be on the 2nd floor. This is very important to him - his phobia is so severe that in the past he has not gone places if he thinks there is a possibility of staying up high, and he spends a lot of time worrying about it in advance. However, when we got there we were given a room on the 8th floor. In the end, my husband ended up being sick and not joining us, but just a reminder that even though it seems insignificant, for some people these things are really important. He would have been quite upset if he had been with us. Otherwise though the hotel really was fantastic!
