Very nice hotel. Room/bathroom were exceptional and the facilities were all clean and well maintained. Breakfast was decent, and they also had a nice underground private parking garage. Hoping to stay again during our next Montreal trip.

While driving into the city is no problem, using transit to get there is a bit more tricky. Namur station seems close on a map, but it's actually a slightly awkward ~15 min walk that's mostly along a busy highway. Although it's not unsafe, it was a bit scary making the walk in icy winter weather. Probably not as much of a problem in better weather though. (For what it's worth, if the weather is bad/slippery, I recommend an indirect route: the highway walk can be avoided by walking north to Victoria Ave and then coming back down to the station via Rue Jean-Talon. This route is nearly twice as long though)

Great desk clerks, nice ambiance, very clean room and exceptional bed. Bath was also to our liking.

Breakfast absolutely sucked. Bacon and eggs are not hard to make. But what was served was not even up to a decent ‘greasy spoon’ level. It is clear the restaurant runs separately from the hotel and, from our experience, why we ate alone! Then a bill for $57…they get that at expensive downtown hotels like the Ritz but those meals are expertly prepped and served. The ‘soft-scrambled’ ordered came overdone, bacon was limp to underdone, and toast was two quarter pieces accompanied by deep fried potatoes, not home fried. I complained when checking out and they made amends by removing the parking charges from my bill. I will return but never again eat there. There must have been a huge family event or kids sports team staying there. Kids running and screaming thru the lobby.

The Kosher breakfast was great. It was self-service buffet, basically eat as much as you like, and had everything, very tasty. The gym was very good, and the pool looked very nice although other people were using it. The room was equipped with a small fridge and a microwave oven, as well as a coffee maker that used inserts supplied by housekeeping every day.

Nothing of any seriousness. There were a couple of minor housekeeping foulups, which were corrected when brought to the attention of the staff.

So calm in the rooms. AC is very efficient so very silent. Location near some restaurants and not far from Metro station Namur. Modern and rooms impeccable. Small swimming pool and fitness. Tesla charging stalls for the night at 10kW.

24h snacks at ground floor limited to salty and sugar food, except 1 lasagna. Limited availability of food at bar. Should be available some sandwich. Tight underground parking but still manageable for a big car.

Comfortable bed with luxurious bedsheets. 10 min walk to restaurants. Underground parking a bonus since we arrived in Montreal when it was raining very hard.

We found the hotel hard to get to. We dont know the area and even with Google maps ended up circling the neighborhood due to traffic and road closures.

Location was ideal for our needs. Minimal staff but all were excellent and very friendly. Convenient parking. Clean, spacious room with very comfortable bedding but short on amenities.

My mum would have liked an extra blanket. I would have liked a shaving/make up mirror and a full length mirror. Wasn’t asked about membership in Bonvoy or advised of any perks afforded to my stay

The room was clean, staff was courteous and helpful.

There was power failure for around four hours. The hotel management claimed it was not there fault which was true but, for four hours we were without air conditioning or fan. It was suffocating in such hot weather. I suggest that management should at least connect one light per room and a fan during such power failures.

The staff were helpful, the hotel was clean and modern and the location worked for our stay.

The service at the bistro was fine, albeit quite slow to get food from time of order to service whenver we ate at the hotel.

Very clean and beautiful, wish I had time to use more of the amenities!

I wish it was closer to a metro stop—having to walk alongside the highway on the pedestrian sidewalk wasn’t ideal. I also received an unexpected additional charge.

We would've preferred a main floor continental breakfast with a waffle station as an optional add-on to our stay, but we understood that Starbucks is competing for that service and we enjoyed that service very much.

a proper coffee service on the 2nd floor breakfast area. Hot water and instant coffee made for a bitter cup of coffee.
