The jacuzzi was exceptional, very good size room with and a huge bathroom with an excellent size shower. There was an electric fireplace in the room that made the stay more pleasant. The hotel is in a very quiet locations, an excellent place to get away from a busy city.

The breakfast buffet had very limited selection, coffee was served once and the staff was nowhere to be found. The entrance has quite few steps and it is difficult to get the suitcases up to the lobby, but once in the building there is an elevator to the second floor.

The property was managed by a team of dedicated people who ALL excelled at their post. Truly a remarkable operation. Everything from the dining room to housekeeping to cleanliness was A1. The walk in shower was amazing, spacious and seamless to employ.

Only a couple things to say. The couch in our king suite was too shallow to sit on and the material wasn’t the most comfortable. Also the two chairs were in poor condition and should be replaced.

The very limited menu at the restaurant because we stayed two nights, the balcony chairs were not comfortable.at check out we had an issue, we had taken one breakfast and two diners at the hotel and paid after each meal, at checked out our meals were linked to our room and it took the receptionist a few steps to verify that our meals were paid for and should not appear on our final invoice. I guess the computer is not full proof…..

I visited for a few days while seeing family in the area. Hotel is located in a very pretty location, surrounded by trees near a pond. The reception staff were quite accommodating and nice.

The restaurant staff were not as service oriented in any meal. For example - I have a food restriction - and the server would forget and then offer, after food was cooked with the item, tell me I will just take it off the plate.

Staff at the restaurant spoke very very little english, not enough even to explain that if I’ve asked a cappuccino I would have to pay extra! Not admissible that the communication can be done only in French! that’s a shame since the property has everything that it takes to be a great hotel

I loved the location. The grounds were beautiful and lush. The spa was luxurious and relaxing. Rooms were very quite and couldn’t here other people. Nice balcony overlooking the grounds. Hospitality was very good. Receptionists were informative and helpful.

It was a bit far out. Had sport cell reception.

The Auberge was charming and clean, and located in a beautiful setting. The staff was very attentive, professional, and friendly. The restaurant was amazing! We had a wonderful stay.

The pillows and quality of facial tissue. The pillows were hard and high causing your neck to hurt, and the facial tissue (kleenex) was very thin and rough. Bring your own.

Spacious rooms, very clean, beautiful bathroom. The restaurant is cozy and classy. The breakfast is delicious, service is awesome. We were late check in and they made sure we have everything ready for our arrival. If you want calm gateway, this is it perfect place for it.

great location and place

I booked a stay for 2 adults and 2 kids. sofa bed was not prepared and no extra pillows and bed sheet were provided. I needed to call the reception for extra bed set which was brought to us. but for this money I would except not to make the bed myself.

The room was very nice and the outdoor spas were great! Easily accessible and well kept!

It would be wonderful if the tv had netflix for the users to log into or a chromecast so we could cast our own streaming services !
