Standard room, nice walk-in shower, comfy bed. I ate in the bar and enjoyed the meal - lovely presentation, tasty, and great service. The prices were as one would expect for a hotel restaurant.

I was originally given a room at the very far end of the hotel with a tub, quite a distance from the pool and restaurants, which was disappointing. Upon seeing the room's location, however, I returned to the desk and asked for something closer to the amenities and I was moved to a room that I preferred, which I was very happy about.

On our way back from Cape Breton to Montreal we split the long traveling and picked Rivière-du-Loup as second stop. The hotel is well located with a great view over the Saint-Lawrence river. It seems a popular spot for travelers. The check-in was quick, but I will not call it "smooth". The room was spacious and clean. The hotel has a restaurant, elegant but quite pricey and reservation is required. We served the breakfast (additional $ since not included in the stay); the breakfast was very good and tasty, but the portions are huge.

I would suggest to offer half portion options; this is often available in EU counties.

The room was clean and comfortable

was disappointed with an issue that I had fogot a bag with 2 winter pants and a pair of gloves in the closet in our room . We checked out around 11 a.m. The cleaning staff were already in our hallway when we left. I called the hotel on the day we checked out the 26th and asked if the cleaning staff had found my bag in the closet. The hotel said that they would check and call me right back.3 minutes later, I was told by the hotel sorry no bag was found. I will leave it at that!

The location was great across the street from St Lawrence river and a 5 minute drive to a street filled with restaurants and shops There was also a waterfall minutes away that was lovely Our French was minimal and the staff spoke English and also allowed me to try speaking French to them We had a glass of wine on the upper balcony and watched the sunset over the mountains and the river Spectacular We had breakfast in the restaurant and service was fast and the food was fantastic We didn’t use the facilities but there is a gym,pool and spa in the hotel

A nice 4 story mini hotel, with bar, restaurant, pool, spa etc. Parking is more motel style...get as close to your room as possible to carry in your luggage.

The bathroom smelled like urine soaked diapers. Not enough to make the effort to ask for a new room and move our stuff....but enough to notice all the time. I shut the door and left the fan running and there was no smell in the room...just the bath room. Dissapointing for an otherwise really nice hotel. I complained at check out and the clerk made a note for maintenance staff but offered no compensation.

We stayed two nights in all. The rooms are very modern and clean. The beds are excellent. We loved the shower, once we figured out how it worked. The location of the hotel is very convenient.

Their air conditioners are too noisy. They tend to keep you awake. I requested to be moved to another room upon discovering that the a/c unit in the first room was making weird noises. My request was attended to without delay. In the morning when checking out, the attendant was quite curt and looked to be hungover.

The location was easy to find. We didn't have to leave the hotel once we arrived. Everything we needed was on site, pool,gym,coffee shop, restaurants, and bar. The food was great and the staff were very friendly. Rooms were beautiful, clean and the beds very comfortable.

They allow RV's to stay in the back parking, which is perfectly fine, the only thing is they had one along the side of the building where my room was, right under my window, so I heard the humming noise of the RV all night.

On our first night, 07/07/24, room 413 was exceptional. We booked to stay on 07/12/24this date after staying five days earlier. The room we had this time was standard 233, but the price difference was only $1.00 less.

We complained that the steak frits were inedible during our stay on 07/07/24. On our return on 07/12/24, a patron ordered the steak frits, and I asked her how they were. She also said they were inedible. She left 3/4 of the steak on her plate we had done the same.

The rooms are quiet, beds comfortable. Convenient location. We've eaten in the restaurant only once but it was nice, the food and service very good.

We hadn't noticed before but the mattress does not extend to the edge of the wooden frame underneath. This leaves the exposed square edge of the frame exposed and very easy to hit your shin on. You have to be mindful not to hit it.

Very friendly staff, very clean hotel

It was not clear to me on the booking site that the hot tub was not included. We expected to arrive after a 9 hours drive to soak in a beautiful hot tub only to find it was only the pool open. Pool area was nice but I would have went elsewhere had I realized. They really make it appear that the hot tub is included in the photos .. very deceiving.
