Overall, just fine - I just needed a quick, clean place to crash for the night, so I wasn't looking for anything glamourous. The communication was good via text/computer.

No easy, close place to get a quick meal - even the neighbouring Tim Horton's was closed. I would be very tempted to use the service again but feel that it should be less than $100 all taxes in, considering it is beside a truck stop and most people like myself are likely only using it to get a few hours of sleep en route to some other place - for that purpose, I feel it is a little pricey.

Very basic motel - but at a convenient location. Located beside a Tim's and a convenient store. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

There was no food open that was close. There was also no delivery to the motel. Had to travel another 15 minutes to get something to eat. Perhaps this should be mentioned in booking so that travelers could stop ahead of arriving to pick something up to eat.

For years now I have stayed at Motel Express overnight when I am on the road. It is very quiet, clean and very relaxing to stay there. The staff are wonderful and I have met some really nice people on my travels. It is also very convenient for my overnite stay.

There is nothing I don't like about the Motel Express

I stay at Motel Express every time I travel to Nova Scotia. I have been staying at Motel Express since 2006 and recommend it to anyone that I know is travelling. I just love stopping and overnighting there.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I like the location off the highway, Tim Horton’s and the gas station. It is easy to access and no contact convenience. My dogs were welcome and it was easy to take them out with no hassle of a hallway.

The room was clean, smelled nice and the location of the motel is very convenient. It’s right off the highway, beside a gas station and Tim Horton’s. Check-in was great. I received an email that is was all completed with my room number and access code. I was in right away. Didn’t see any staff and left the next morning with no issues. Perfect for what I needed. I had my 2 dogs with me, so everything was nice and smooth for them also.

My only thing was, the door to my room was unlocked when I got there. It made me a little uneasy at first but I was able to lock the door with no issues.

So convenient to the highway, very clean and quiet.

Double bed rather than a queen, but it had a couch to make up for it.

Location was a little hard to find. GPS tried to get me back on the highway . Good thing I just looked around

Check in call, exceptional customer service, real cream in fridge for our morning coffee, great water pressure in shower, nice clean room, bedding smelled fresh.

Bathroom was dated...but it served its purpose.

Right off the main highway, right beside Tim's...what more could you ask for? Staff called before we arrived with key code. AC was on and it was comfortable!
