Great location not far from the highway, plenty of restaurants nearby. Stayed here for Canadian F1 Grand Prix as to avoid the high Montreal prices for Grand Prix weekend. We commuted 35 minutes to Metro Station Montmorency which had plenty of parking. Free parking outside & super cheap all day parking inside. We took the metro to the track from there. All the staff at hotel were super nice & helpful. We’ll being staying there next year for the race.

We would of liked to have the room cleaned every day but we know hiring staff at this time is hard to do… but that won’t stop us from staying there again.

The swimming pool need to adjust their quality of clear water…..we couldn’t go in because of it….sad…it is the only think we wish will be fix next time… They need a bar with a little space for a danse floor….no one have that in st-sauveur…great for the business and the client

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and convenient to the highway. The "grab 'n go" breakfast provided in the lobby, that we took back to our room, was adequate (coffee, juice, yogurt, packaged fruit, muffin). We'd needed lodging at the last minute and were happy to find this hotel on Booking.com. Check-in was smooth. We looked up local restaurants online and ended up at a place a few miles away that had two or three restaurants of different types, so that worked out quite well.

While the woman at check-in was pleasant, in the morning the man sort of yelled that I was taking coffee from the wrong place.

The suite was great, we were travelling with a 2 year old and it was nice to put him down and have a separate area to relax in after. The pool was cold as per other reviews but it was acceptable. The location was nice and close to the hill with many restaurants on the same street.

Nothing really that I didn’t like. The hotel is starting to become a little dated but I was not expecting a 5 star resort so it really wasn’t an issue.

We did not eat at the hotel but liked the location though it snowed heavily the night we stayed and our view diminished accordingly. Staff was very accommodating.

We called staff upon taking possession of our room because the refrigerator temperature was not adequate so the fridge in room 203 should be looked at. The hot water ran out when taking a bath in the evening when tub was half full, so that was disappointing.

place was nice and clean . Comfy bed and the view of the mountains was nice . We had a little balcony . Not in the center of town but not far by car and lots of parking behind the church or across the street behind shopping

the only problem we had was the air conditioning in the living room was not strong but the bedroom was perfect , we were in room 205.

The room had a very good size. The bathroom was clean but some places like shower drain was not so clean and some dust ..... the breakfast since we are still in covid time was to pick up. juices , muffins (not so good) tender bars were abvaible , very very basic . Unfortunately there were no fruits or cereals maybe some cheese!!!!

Our stay was pleasent . A TV chanal guide would have been great !!!! the remote was old!!! The very very basic breakfast due the covid was not so great .Like I wrote above fruits, cerals maybe a basic cheese would have complete the breakfast!!!

convenient location

no breakfast option was provided. only coffee. $5 for 3 items and very poorly stocked. indoor pool was not heated -room was but the pool water was VERY cold. no paper towels (we had a suite so nothing provided to clean up plates and no Kleenex

The room was nice and was a very good size compare to rooms at other hotels. It was clean all around. The bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows. I also like the laminate floors. I find they are cleaner than carpets.

One thing missing is a towel bar in the bathroom...there is no place to hang the towels, only one little hook at the back of the door.

The hôtel is well located, it's quiet and clean. Staff was friendly and approachable. The pool was okay. Comfortable beds. We had a room with balcony and kitchenette. It was nice that they had plates, ustensiles, wine glasses and cups.

The elevators were out of service and the wall that are really thin. You could see the light through the door frame from the hallway when the room light were off.
