Beautiful room with functional fireplace. Nice pool, hot tub and sauna.

I had contacted the hotel before hand to see if the room could be decorated for my nieces birthday as we were there to celebrate, unfortunately it wasn't done even though they said they would at no extra charge. Getting an appointment for a massage was a bit difficult and they couldn't offer us one before 1145am and we had a 2hour drive home so we had to pass. All in all a good time though

Eve and Christine at the front desk were wonderful, very friendly and helpful when we needed something. Always a sweet greeting and smiles morning ,noon or nite. Nice room size and nice to have a lil table and kitchenette, fridge , plates/utensils etc. Comfortable bed. Grocery store and coffee shop about a 3-4 min walk, basically across the street. Every morning would grab coffee and have breakfast in room. Location to town was great, close walk as well , nice not to have to drive to dinner or a stroll. Also a quick drive to Le Petit Train du Nord and other trails for a nice day of hiking. (Alfred-Kelley Nature reserve was a beautiful hike and only about a 10-15min drive to the Prevost parking area) We didn't use the outdoor hot tub, or pool, but there seemed to be lots of others taking advantage of it. Plenty of parking All and all we did enjoy our stay very much..

Will say upon arrival first impression was, " It needs some sprucing up (fresh coat of paint outside as well as inside)". Radiator covers in the hall way were hanging off, and cud use fresh carpeting ( or at least a good steam clean). But room was clean so that's important ...

The room was quite cozy, with a warm bed and all the main amenities one could ask for. What was particularly nice was the pool and the sauna, which were well-maintained and open for many hours (8 AM to 11 PM)

The lighting in the room was a bit lacking, as there was no overhead light over the bed, just smaller lights and some lamps throughout the room. Improving this or just having higher-brightness bulbs in the room would be nice.

room very clean, has coffee machine and microwave, it also offers a fireplace (but I did not get to use it and would cost extra I believe?), rooms seem to have very nice sound proofing, many places were accessible by walking, such as grocery and restaurants.

Room somewhat dark; room would be nice to offer some way of charging phone; TV has no streaming service such as YouTube; swimming pool is acceptable but could be cleaner;

Outdoor heated pool is great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean, good size, beds are pretty comfy. It's great that there is a fireplace in the room. Walking distance from groceries, restaurants and St-Sauveur mountain. Great for a family vacation. Very reasonably priced.

This is our second visit to Relais st-Denis. The rooms are in need of some renovations: balusters (room divider) in the room were loose. The kitchenette faucet was leaking, the toilet was leaking, the hand towel hook was broken... Otherwise the room was well equipped and very clean.

The room and hotel had all the amenities one could want. The best part was the staff. Elizabeth, Eve and Alain were always smiling, pleasant and very helpful. They spoke English well and, when I needed anything, I never felt I was imposing. They are the reason our stay was so comfortable and pleasant. The location was excellent - lots of restaurants, shops and a supermarket.

This was our 2nd visit to this location. Returned for location and value. Took advantage of some in town tourist attractions, and proximity to other stops in Quebec. No issues with location at all, and convenient to restaurants and grocery store right across the road.

Great room, in a central, quiet location. The room was well organized, with a good bed, a high-quality TV screen perfect for watching French language movies., and even a jacuzzi. We visited in the summer, but jacuzzi would be great in the winter after skiing.

No breakfast, but it may be a plus. Rather than having an OK breakfast, we went to one of two good patisseries in Saint-Sauveur, and had a great breakfast with croissants there.

The room was small but so cozy with a fireplace and small fridge and microwave and dishes. The outdoors was spectacular! A great pool, massive hot tub and 14 person sauna. Lots of lounge chairs and eating areas. Very impressive. A few minutes walk to the beautiful, quaint St. Sauveur
