Great hotel, clean and comfortable.

A bit too close to the highway, hence a bit noisy if you have a back room - ask for a front facing room. Investigating some noise outside our window around midnight. Saw two men by our car, not sure what they were up to. I made sure they could see they were being watched from our second floor window, they got back in their car and left quickly.

The fact that we could plug in our car (without charge !) was a plus. It was close to the highway and to the Laviolette Park, which was a good place to go for a walk. The breakfast was good.

I thought the bed was really comfortable at first, but after two nights, I left with a backache I never had before.

- awesome shower! (at least in our king room) - night light in the bathroom - well focused reading lights, to avoid disturbing the other bed occupant - quiet - especially air conditioning and bathroom vent - nicely appointed

- very little space for toiletries in the bathroom - no convenient hand towel holder - toilet paper holder very awkward to reach - even with all of the lights on, the main room was still not brightly lit

Good and easy parking. Good clean and very large room (4 of us in a big family room with 2 x queens in two rooms with bathroom). Liked the space and cleanliness of room. Short drive to Trois-Rivieres. Good for a stop-over one night en route. Great value for money and b'fast included. Friendly staff. Would stay again for stop-over.

Close to a highway/over-pass so windows shook a bit. Would not lie by pool as view is of highway.

This hotel was the best of them all that we've stayed at on our trip. It has multiple free EV charging stations, large rooms, comfortable beds, an outstanding lobby and breakfast area, and it's a short distance from a bunch of restaurants.

The only critical thing I could think of is that the EV charging stations should come with a sign that you should obtain a card from the reception in order to activate charging.

pool and room was great

it smell old cigarette when coming into the building even with all the smellgood they put everywhere the corridor. i was in the building apart for the main building, next time i would ask for the new building

Great location for our trip.Very modern and clean.Everything worked perfectly. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was terrific.

The in room air conditioner could be a little quieter but worked well. I couldn't find anything else to dislike. Great hotel!

The location was perfect, with easy access to highways. We had the 1 bedroom studio, which was quite roomy and very clean. It was quiet, no noise from neighbors or highways. Breakfast was good.

Not large so it was easy to get around. We had a suite so it was very roomy and comfortable. A nice little dining table made eating in perfect.

Very close to a major highway but it wasn’t as noisy as I’d expected.

Suite and rooms were welcoming, clean and comfortable. Good showers. Rooms well equipped with fridges and coffee machine, and microwave in the suite. Excellent location at motorways crossroad with ample, free and easy parking.

Hotel was in renovations with evidence of ongoing work such as wallpaper removed from corridors thankfully not affecting any rooms. Lift not operational ; had to use monte-charge not very reliable or efficient, but staff keen to assist as required.
