I was in Saskatoon for a work trip at the Canadian Light Source and the Holiday Inn Express and Suites was the perfect hotel for my needs. The rooms were comfortable and quiet and the breakfast was good. The staff were friendly. I never had problems with parking even if I was there during a sports weekend.

The only part that was not ideal was that all the plates and cutlery at breakfast were disposable. This seemed entirely unnecessary and resulted in a lot of waste.

This hotel is beautiful, clean, well-run, charmingly modern and for someone with a disability, perfectly accessible. In particular the accessible bathroom in the room was so safe, and thoughtfully designed. Very impressive.

We chose the hotel in part based on positive reviews of the accompanying breakfast. Unfortunately it was what has widely become hotel fodder, rubbery eggs, over-sweet baked stuff in wrappers, sugary yogurt and watery unpleasant coffee. The hotel itself is so beautiful, clean. modern, and well-run, we had hoped for something a little better. Local baking? Decent coffee? Especially when self-serve espresso machines are so affordable? A really great muffin and a well-made cup of java would have utterly sufficed.

We loved the location, our son was having surgery at the Jim Pattison Children's Hospital and it was only minutes away which was fantastic! The free shuttle to the hospital and back was also an added bonus. It was so helpful for my husband and I to go to the hospital and back without having to find parking each time. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you are needing the RUH or Children's Hospital. The staff were so friendly and super helpful, the room was huge and so clean! The breakfast was great as well. All around an amazing stay!!

Very clean, room was spacious, the breakfast had a great selection, and the staff (especially breakfast attendants) were so friendly.

The elevators were quite slow, 2 elevators is not enough for the amount of people coming and going from the hotel.

All of the amenities and the location to the university. It had great breakfast, an awesome pool The staff were also very helpful and always friendly. A special thank you to Amelia at the front desk. She was super helpful to us and always had a smile on her face!!

We couldn't have asked for a better location for our event at the U of S. Comfortable beds and clean rooms made our stay enjoyable. Breakfast offered a modest, but diverse range of options. The cherry on top was the coffee bar in the common area, always open and replenished throughout the day.

No spoons in the room for using during making coffee and tea The cups doesn’t match the amount of coffee pods

Breakfast was great, rooms spacious and clean, location amazing, wonderful pool, just wish the hot tub was functioning.

Breakfast could have ran until 10, and I so wish the hot tub was working, otherwise all was fantastic and staff were kind and helpful.

Location was good, right beside the University and not far from the highway. The room was spacious and clean, lovely view. Great dog area at the front and they had an EV charger for the car which was very handy. The pool was open early and it was big . The staff were helpful and friendly .

The pool deck was pretty dirty ( looked like it hadn't been cleaned from the night before) . Breakfast ended at 930 which seemed a bit early. The food was pretty average.

One of the electric blinds was not working with the remote. I asked the front desk to put in a work order, but no one fixed it.
