This hotel is beautiful, clean, well-run, charmingly modern and for someone with a disability, perfectly accessible. In particular the accessible bathroom in the room was so safe, and thoughtfully designed. Very impressive.

We chose the hotel in part based on positive reviews of the accompanying breakfast. Unfortunately it was what has widely become hotel fodder, rubbery eggs, over-sweet baked stuff in wrappers, sugary yogurt and watery unpleasant coffee. The hotel itself is so beautiful, clean. modern, and well-run, we had hoped for something a little better. Local baking? Decent coffee? Especially when self-serve espresso machines are so affordable? A really great muffin and a well-made cup of java would have utterly sufficed.

We loved the location, our son was having surgery at the Jim Pattison Children's Hospital and it was only minutes away which was fantastic! The free shuttle to the hospital and back was also an added bonus. It was so helpful for my husband and I to go to the hospital and back without having to find parking each time. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you are needing the RUH or Children's Hospital. The staff were so friendly and super helpful, the room was huge and so clean! The breakfast was great as well. All around an amazing stay!!

Location was good, right beside the University and not far from the highway. The room was spacious and clean, lovely view. Great dog area at the front and they had an EV charger for the car which was very handy. The pool was open early and it was big . The staff were helpful and friendly .

The pool deck was pretty dirty ( looked like it hadn't been cleaned from the night before) . Breakfast ended at 930 which seemed a bit early. The food was pretty average.

Breakfast was good in terms of the quality and variety of food offered. location of hotel was ideal. Room was spacious and comfortable. Appreciated the noise-dampening sliding door.

I was disappointed with the use of styrofoam plates and non-recyclable cutlery - lots of waste created. Parking lot is oddly configured and difficult to navigate with anything larger than a mid-size car.

We liked the hotel : it was within walking to the stadium we were going to watch a game. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were helpful and courteous.

We didn't like that there wasn't a restaurant or lounge on the premises.

I was there for 4 nights and I had to leave at 6 every morning. They packed my breakfast bag which was nice

Breakfast bag contained a bagel, a small fruit yogurt which it wasn't my favorite and a banana. I wish I had more options.

Breakfast was very good. Cereals, sausages, pancakes, bakery goods. staff were very helpful. Loads of free parking. Very clean with super-comfy beds. The rooms have a heavy door between the bathroom/microwave area and the sleeping area creating a very quiet experience. Best blackout blinds EVER!

Coffee from Breakfast room was very weak and flavourless. Faint rumbling at times (sounded like exhaust fan noise). Room thermostat did not control ventilator operation on Auto - had to manually turn fan on and off.

The Breakfast was great and the location was close to Circle drive which makes it accessible to most areas of the city. The room was very spacious.

I did notice that the hallways could have been vacuumed. Although the suite was very clean. It is joined with another hotel which can cause some confusion, although they do have signage so not sure how to mitigate that.

I really like that there are blackout blinds. The king room has a sliding door between the hallway area and sleeping which cuts down on noise. There are many different lighting options (if you can find them-they are the red switches) and there are several different pieces of furniture to suit what you are doing-reading, writing, watching tv, eating, putting your feet up etc.
