greatt good stuff she was up she is very fantastic and I think she had a little bit more than smiling at me I think she wanted me to spend some time more time with her but that'd be more professional you know maybe next time I'll ask her if she wants to spend some time together but pray first time can't really push that right it's nice to make some more welcome every time I walk through the doors wasn't it was great more more Hotel should be like that so more enjoyable. I was actually really excited to have nice to have him a hotel room but I have one that's like right there and he just walk in and out with people what's up absolutely perfect yeah it was great great location I kind of wish I would have spent more than one night there but oh well if we worked really work for my schedule for that year definitely would have had a lot more you don't know it was right.

The location is actually very handy for travelling to and from the centre of town via Quebec Ave to 33rd to Spadina or even just going up and down Idylwild. The staff were courteous and efficient and very organized finding and sending back ( via Purolater) an important item I had left behind. We have stayed there in years past and will stay there again . Our room 115 was quiet and was handy for parking at the back of the hotel lot. Booking-com had put us on the second floor but we had zero problem swapping that for the first floor upon arrival ( mid-week reservation ). Getting on and off of Circle Drive is VERY easy at this hotel as there is a traffic light right at the entrance to the hotel lot, so peak travel times when traffic is backed up are actually not a problem - you just zip in or out as needed. Avoid line-ups which are heading south on Idylwild at such times - just use Quebec Ave..

Bathtub was decent, but could use grab bars or some means of making it easier to get out. This is not exclusive to this hotel - is true of many hotels we have used in Canada.

The front desk clerk was very helpful upon arrival. My daughter and I got separated during travel to the hotel, my daughter didn’t have a working phone but the front desk clerk assisted her with getting a phone to call me to let me know she had arrived safely at the hotel. I had no idea where to look for her after we lost sight of her.

We were very comortable.

Breakfast was adequate but not accommodating to diabetic diets (sugary cereals and yogurt), nor did it offer gluten free bread. More variety of fruits such as bananas or oranges would have been appreciated. The coffee was good and boiled eggs, sausages and pancakes were provided.

Clean hotel and rooms, beds and pillows were so comfy. Nice to have a fan option in the room. Breakfast was good, loved the pancakes and hot sausages.

The mattress pad on the bed was a bit dirty. Would have been nice to have water(not tap water) offered, from the juice machine or a water cooler. Could use better lighting at the sink area.

It’s clean, quiet, easy to access! The beds are so comfortable with fluffy pillows! The staff are all friendly and respectful! Austin at the front desk is the nicest clerk! He knows us by name, always gets us a room we like and is so helpful and friendly! He gets extra kudos!

Staff was great for interaction. Very helpful. Beds were comfortable and bedding was clean

Cupboards and shelves were damaged. Bathroom was standard but shower head was old and choppy. Curtain rod was rusty and wouldn't stand up properly.

Staff r fantastic, room was clean. I'm a regular & not once have I had problems with staff or cleanliness 😊

The bed wasnt long enough. It was a double & not a queen. I didn't realize I booked 1 bed & that it wasn't queen.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We didn’t have any issues finding the hotel and everything was very clean. Breakfast was delicious and coffee was always hot and fresh.

Room was good, clean ans temperature was set at a comfortable setting

I walked in without a reservation and was dishearted to be quoted $40 more then the online price. Felt like i was being taken advantage of. Quickly made an online reservation
