the staff is very nice and friendly. room is comfortable and bed? comfortable. they had a jar of chocolate chip cookies. YUMMY! we have been to saskatoon the last three years in a row and we always stay at this hotel.

just a couple things. we were on the 2nd floor, but the elevator was out of service for a couple days. when i went to do laundry. the washer did not take long, but the dryer took major long to dry my clothes. but that was all long.

I found the hotel to be pleasant and the staff was always friendly and ready to assist. There is a restaurant and a small casino like place next to the place and that provides choices on what to do, where to eat, etc. My food at the restaurant was good. Breakfast was very good.

The only thing I could say about this very nice place is the fact that there are 2 large painting/boards hanging from a wall as decoration and it is a very nice addition to the room however; when the vent blows air, it makes one of them move and it creates a repetitive sound, which is noticeable if you are not yet asleep. It took me a bit to find what was causing the noise and after I did, I just placed a face cloth in between the wall and the board and that fixed the issue.

Got a good deal on a 1 bedroom King Suite at last minute when we desperately needed a room for the night. The hallways are showing some wear and tear but our room was in very good condition. The bed was comfortable, the sofa was comfortable, the 2 large LED TV’s worked perfectly and were of excellent quality . The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. I would consider staying here again. It’s also close to the airport.

Condition of flooring and trim in hallways. Pallets and boxes of materials and supplies piled in the front reception area, not put away. I would not try to relax here.

The breakfast was varied, plentiful, and delicious. The room we stayed in (king suite) was large and had everything we needed. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for the price we paid!

Some of the furniture in the room was older and could have been updated/replaced. Although temporary, the construction outside was not particularly appealing. I was surprised that there was a snack vending machine but no drink vending machine.

The location of the hotel was excellent as I spent time in the city and the country. It is in a relatively quiet area. Parking readily available in well-lit area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I arrived early and they were able to accommodate my early arrival. They were friendly to my puppy. I was able to spend the mornings relaxing in the room without being disturbed by the staff. There was a large grassy area for my dog to walk.

I found a box of pizza in the fridge on arrival. I did take the time to throw it out and wipe out the fridge with a facecloth. I was across from the laundry and housekeeping and on occasion if contact was made by the carts on my door and my puppy would start barking as she thought someone wanted to come in the room however that was more of an inconvenience to others in the hotel versus for myself.

We've stayed at this hotel quite a few times over the last 2 decades. The Covid-19 virus caused many hospitality businesses to struggle with recovery, but this one seems to have done quite well. The building is aging, of course, but we were comfortable in our room, and family members from Saskatoon were pleased to visit us during our stay. It represents one of the better hotels in the city in this price range, we believe. So, we're staying here again!

The front access to the property is narrow, and you need to be careful when reversing out of a parking spot, as you may contact another vehicle there. However, the rear lane on the east side of the hotel, was quite accessible, and secure.

Location was good, very easy to find and the Dennys behind hotel was a walk away. Check in clerk was nice and quick in checking us in. We got to have coffee/juice while waiting for others to check in before we checked in.

Interior was dated but it looked like it was getting some renovations. I am not a fan of having to use Credit Card for inccidentals but the $100.00 hold was ok compaired to other hotels. The continental breakfast was low when I arrived at 8:30am but front desk was busy checking out a few people so she coulnd't restock. It would be nice to have someone else restocking while front desk is busy.

It was nice and quiet, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Good value.

The free breakfast is a continental breakfast which for two people with dietary restrictions means we didn’t get to take advantage of that and had to eat out for breakfast. That’s something we are accustomed to often happening but it is still worth noting that it’s not a ‘hot’ breakfast as there aren’t just bacon and eggs or anything like you’d get at a Holiday anon Express. It’s all bread and grain related foods, though there was some yogurt.

Hotel staff were very nice, courteous and helpful. Rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. I needed the hotel internet for work and didn't face a problem with it even when having video calls.

Breakfast included could be improved. Most hotels usually provide scrambled eggs and sausages as an option. There were none here. The English muffins were low in quantity and so we didn't get a particular variety on both days. There were no cupcakes as well on the 2nd day. The blinds in the rooms do not close all the way. So we woke up early in the morning on both days we stayed, since the room was flooded with light since the crack of dawn.

We've stayed at this location quite a few times over the years, because we find it's a good value, fairly quiet, and close to the places we like to frequently shop, when in Saskatoon. The competition is high in this area, with all the other hotels close by, but we like this hotel, and will stay here again.

We miss the days before Covid, with the hot breakfasts, but I guess this is the new normal, and it can be managed. There's a good restaurant close by, and others just a short distance away, so we still feel that our stay was relaxing and satisfying.
