Staff was so friendly, place was cozy and clean, breakfast was good, location was great (2 min from the bus station, close to the beach, close to the city)

I didn't realize we'd have to pay with cash (it was OK at the end) and I got the standard room, which is a bit smaller than the ones in the photo but the price was great so it is not a complaint. I am very allergic to dustmites and the bed cover would make me sneez lots, we just removed the cape and the decoration pillows and had nice clean bedsheets that didn't make my allergies so wild.

Overall, a very good experience. Decided to extend my stay by a day. Room/bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly - and enough spoke English. Internet was very good, but did have issues when somehow the nearest outer/repeater in the area got powered off. The staff turned it back on when I mentioned that the internet was very poor at the time. Breakfast was an excellent feature to my stay. They accommodated a request.

Walls were a bit thin, so could hear some noises from other guest as they walked in the courtyard by to their rooms and also through the wall to the kitchen area/laundry room during the mornings. And for such a small town, it does have a decent nightlife, so expect some noises late at night.

Everything was perfect from the room to breakfast. Parking was easy and the location is just off the Main Street.

Not the property’s fault but they are next to a club that has loud music most of the night. We just turned on the fan to blend out the noise and we were mostly fine.

We liked the room - super comfy and cosy. The breakfast is superb. The vibe is nice and we slept well. They were very kind in letting us store baggage and use the space after we checked out.

Very little English is spoken but we got by with basic Spanish. However the staff are very friendly so we didn’t mind.

Slightly hard to find with small signage. Google Maps sent us down the adjacent street on the corner.

Cute and comfortable with a homely feeling. Lovely breakfasts served with homely touches and set you up for the day. The staff though were the main highlight, the owner Barbara and staff member Taina were so helpful and beyond accommodating with everything to do with our stay in Pucon and also helping us with logistics for further travel in Chile. Lovely people, and we were so grateful for their help. Very much recommend! Also, lovely comfy bed and towels :)

Lovely little place with nice, well equipped rooms, comfortable bed. Very nice and caring stuff, good breakfast. Can’t find anything negative for this price, had a perfect stay.

The hostel is very cozy, the staff are great and the breakfast is excellent. The room is clean, the WiFi works well and the room is relatively comfortable. It's a short walk to a load of restaurants and has ample on-street parking nearby if you drove there. They have free tea/coffee for your use throughout the day. The room also had a small refrigerator which was a nice addition. The hostel feels very secure.

We stayed in the room called Mapache which was very hot when we stayed. There is no aircon but they do provide a fan, which we used throughout the night on both nights we stayed but it's pretty noisy. Also, the blind by the door doesn't block out the outside electric light very well, so it's pretty light in the room at night. Additionally, they have a Perspex/plastic area at the top of the side wall, above the other window which I guess is to let in more light, but as it has no blind, the sun shines straight through it in the morning and is super bright. Admittedly, this was around 8am, but I wanted to sleep in lol! Nothing that's a deal breaker here but just be aware that you might not get the best night sleep if you prefer cool/dark rooms.
