The location was right across the street from Lago Llanquihue. There is a small convenience store just outside the door of the lobby. The staff was very accommodating when we realized the room we received was too small and they gave us a more suitable room. We felt secure in the location and appreciated the 24/7 desk service. We loved the rustic wood decor, the great water pressure in the shower and the shower wand. The service staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Wi-Fi service was reliable, and the heating was able to maintain room temperature of our preference without any noise. We also appreciated the fact that we were able to extend our stay for a number of days. Extra bonus: a 20% discount at the corner restaurant.

We liked the breakfasts (which came with our stay), but toward the end of our 23-day stay we realized that they were exactly the same every day. We recommend that they vary the ingredients available for the omelets, (perhaps adding garlic, black olives, chopped basil or spinach). Adding a choice of bacon, or hash browns to the buffet would also be an option. Other items to consider would be French toast, strudel, multi grain breads. Also, I avoid artificial sweeteners, but all the juices had them.

Good location a bit far for walking though so we took taxi., to Center of city. Please try to accomodate an early arrival / from other country/ as we had to wait till 3 pm to check in and check out was at 12 which was early for us too. Also there were constant problems with Wi -Fy on 3 rd floor our room was 308.

Great location for a 1 night stay after a very long flight and to rest up before picking up our rental car. Right across the street from a lovely beach and view of the volcanos. Good buffet breakfast at the restaurant next door. Also had a very nice dinner at this restaurant, which shares a relationship with the hotel and provided a 20% discount for hotel guests.

The rooms were a little bit outdated, but clean. We were exhausted, so slept very well, but you can hear quite a bit of noise from the surrounding rooms (creaking floors, footsteps, etc) because it is an older building.

Dinner in sister restaurant was excellent as was included breakfast. Reception staff were pleasant and very helpful. We were very lucky to have a room with a great view on the third floor. There are very useful shops in the street below.

the pillows are rather lumpy (this is normal in the hotels we have stayed in in Chile). The hotel is a good 30 min walk from the centre of town. With all the cakes (Kuchen) on offer this is no bad thing. Otherwise it is about $3 in a taxi of which there are plenty.

Breakfast was good - great eggs made to order only comment would be coffee could be improved. Room great and very comfortable. My only comment would be to have a kettle in room but you could get hot water at reception. Staff great.

The hotel it is very well located, in a relatively quiet place, the rooms and bed are confortable.

The breakfast should improve, the hotel is located in a place where pastry is a very well-known activity, they served every day the same and was not so good. The shower did not worked properly, they have to change the part that throws the water.

I had a 2 night stay at Puerto Chico. Fabulous location on the lake. Clean, simple rooms a little on the small side but absolutely fine and quiet. All the employees at the hotel were super helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel location is good, with several great restaurants and coffee shops nearby (the Peruvian restaurant was specially great!). The room was very comfortable and Clean, Breakfast is good with a nice view from the lake.

If you want to go downtown, it is a little bit far (30 minutes walking distance).

Breakfast was very good, it was nice to have a king size bed. Adjacent to the beach and nice walk into the Centro. Good restaurants close by, friendly helpful staff.

The wifi was very weak/non existent in the room.

Excellent value for €80, not super modern but had everything for traveler, comfortable room, good bathroom, room WiFi and very nice staff. Adjacent restaurant was super, lovely food and staff.
