room was quite small--very little space for suitcases or unpacking; suggest some healthier breakfast options--plain yoghurt in addition to sweetened and whole wheat bread in addition to white bread and rolls; suggest a small standing air conditioner to keep room cool--we stayed at the end of November, and the room was quite warm well into the evening, even with the fan and leaving doors and windows open--in Jan/Feb it must be worse

Located at the end of the main street in town, making it easy to access restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. The room is basic but offers all the comforts needed for a place to rest your head at night after your day trip(s) to see the sights. Many (if not all) rooms have secluded patios on which to relax in peace. Or you can sit at one of the tables in front of your room. The staff were great across the board (especially given the language gap) and made you feel welcome. Breakfast is simple and basic but nice.

Limited parking. We chose this hotel (in part) because of the "onsite" parking which we could never use as there are not enough spaces for each room to have a car. The bathroom is small with very limited vanity space. There also could have been more hangers in the small closet.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by Nicolas. The B&B is located at the beginning of the central street meaning that everything is within a short walking distance. The rooms had everything we needed and the breakfast was simple but enough, it had all the basics. Our trip was a success thanks to Nicolas. We planned our trip but did not take in account that certain places are not accessible for individuals on certain dates. Thankfully, Nicolas helped us come up with a new planning. We enjoyed our trip to the fullest and we would definitely recommend staying at Casa Lickana!

Wonderful and cosy place to stay, the location is fantastic as you’re literally less than a min walk from the Main Street and the staff were so lovely and helpful! The staff often checked in on us to ensure all was ok and even gave us little breakfast packs on days we had early tours to bring with us. They also very kindly let us store our bags with them despite checking out, when we went on the 4-day Bolivia Salt Flats tour. The room had all of the main facilities and we enjoyed sitting outside too!

On one of the days the shower was cold in the morning but this was minor and we weren’t too fussed about this.

Very nice place! Super friendly service from staff. Special compliments to Nicolás, that waited for our arrival after his shift, and was always available to help us. Also location was perfect! I hope to have the chance to return to Atacama and stay again at Casa Lickana

The bathroom had some small issues (leak from the shower, and the tap was loose). Also the heather didn't started some nights, however super friendly staff found an alternative heating source almost immediately. None of the issues affected our stay.

It’s located on the Main Street where all the travel and tour operators are lined up. The staffs are very friendly and they really take care of your requests. We arrived a bit early and they were kind enough to do an early check in. They helped to book the transport from Calama at a very reasonable price. Special thanks to Hana & Claudia from the reception team. And I would like to thank Maria who helps in the breakfast preparation.

Great location right on the main street but towards the end so quiet at night. Simple but comfortable rooms. Lovely warm shower. Warm room, we didn’t need the heater in October. Extremely helpful staff. Stored our luggage whilst we did a Bolivian 3 night trip. Made us a breakfast snack for our early departure. Would definitely recommend.

Only a minor detail, our bar fridge was noisy but we weren’t using it so unplugged it.

The rooms were small, but impeccably clean and comfortable. No AC, but the fan was perfect with the windows opened at night. The little patio in back was a bonus! The breakfasts were wonderful, too. But what really made this place special was the incredible staff. I had an injury while out and the staff were so wonderful at helping me when I returned. A huge thank you to Maria, Josie and Nicolas - you went above and beyond to make our stay excellent.

The bed was very comfortable and it's in a brilliant location, the breakfast was fine but they could provide fresh coffee and decent bread... The surroundings are a little Spartan but it was a good place to stay overall. The water was hot and plentiful, and it was secure.

The surroundings are a little bleak, and despite that being some greenery, it could be improved massively by making it more charming overall in its internal courtyard.

Staff was extremely friendly and supportive. They took very good care of us from the very beginning right to the end. Actually, we had hired a airport transfer with our travel agency that didn’t turn up the day we were leaving. The cleaning ladies in Lickana helped us to get a taxi at 06:30 am so we didn’t miss our plane. If it hadn’t been for them, we would have been at a loss. Thank you very much!!!

Price. I think that it was expensive for the quality offered though I suppose that being in the middle of the dessert makes running such a facility expensive.
