The location is very good, it has two pools and the staff are very polite and gentle. They lend towels to the lagoons tour and provide picnic in case there’s no time to have breakfast.

The bed was not very confortable and the curtain was too thin so the light outsite bothered a little bit in the night.

The location also a minus. A lot of noise coming from the restaurants nearby and it goes every night till late. If you plan to rest, this is a very important thing to consider. Beds could be more comfortable.

The staff at the hotel did everything they could to make sure we had a good stay - our plans changed and we changed our dates twice but the hotel was very accomodating. The room was lovely and comfortable and the location is perfect. Breakfast was good and they even give you a packed breakfast if you're heading off early on a tour. Due to the central location there was some noise from a local bar on one of the evenings but not too loud to keep us awake and a small price to pay for the brilliant location. I'd definitely recommend!

This hotel was charming, beautifully designed with little bungalows in a garden-like setting. The pool was small and cool but refreshing and ideal for the hot daytime temperatures. A shout out to Hugo for helping us sort out a booking that went wrong. He was wonderful. Also I must comment on the restaurant. The food was consistently fabulous. Bravo to the chefs!

Suggestion: Have a separate place to distribute dry towels for the pool as the reception was very busy and did not always have the time to dispense towels. Internet was not reliable - we excepted that but still, it was just challenging as we were asked to access bookings and use QR codes for menus without always having the means to do that.

Good location a lot of tree so the rooms are cooler than other Hotels. Nice mud wall bungalow. Right off the main street.

You have to tell them what hour you have breakfast 7:30 or 8:00 or 8:30 a.m. I wish they could have breakfast earlier like 6:30 or 7:00 because most of the tours start at 7:00 or 7:30 so there's no time for breakfast.

The deaign of the room is basic but done well. The other facilities were good and the service was great from the reception staff.

The breakfast buffet didn't have many low sugar options and lacked a bit of imagination. The staff were not that attentive and the coffee weak.

Very nice hotel! Friendly staff, clean, central, great facilities, swimming pool, restaurant, spa, tea and coffe always offered and terrasse outside the rooms to enjoy sitting outside. service always friendly and helpful even after check out.

Location is great. Right off the Main Street. Rooms way bigger than I thought with their own patio our the front. Pool was great. We stayed here after camping for four days and it was just what we needed. The staff were super lovely especially the front desk lady who checked us in

This hotel is located in the perfect location and backs on to the main street where all the shops and restaurants are. Although you don't need to go up the street to find food with the hotel restaurant providing excellent meals and service. The rooms were clean and quiet and serviced daily. The staff at the hotel were also all very friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay at the Poblado Kimal! The hotel is in a great location, just right off the main Street. We stayed in one of the cottages and it was a very clean and comfortable room. The hotel property was beautiful, with a great spa! All of the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave great recommendations and helped us with some travel logistics. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in San Pedro!
