I completely loved this awesome place, best hotel ever, people is very very nice, Santiago from the front desk is super nice, you can tell he loves his job, his willingness to help you. All staff is very supportive and friendly, they welcome you with honest smiles. The hotel is beautiful, very comfortable, the design worth some nice pictures. Delicious breakfast, I don’t have anything bad to mention. I loved they have bicycles, so you can go on a ride if you arrive before the check in, they also have sunscreen and body lotion at the front desk, nice detail to help you with Atacama’s weather. The woman that helps with the cleansing of the hotel (the one that owns a dog) is very kind, she makes you feel like home. 300% recommended this place! Thank you all! 🥰

Breakfast was great! You get a lot of options with a continental breakfast, and the added bonus of finding some local herbs for your morning tea. Also, you can order special requests and will happily prepare them for you. Needless to say the staff was amazing! I'm coming back to Cumbres on my next trip to San Pedro.

They could definitely accomodate you in "quiet" rooms or, at least, avoid staying next to noisy parties. I mean, if you are on family trip with kids, you don't wanna be up late with noisy folks in the next room. That little detail could have made a huge diufference.

Very comfortable room, spacious and clean. Excellent food. Very good staff at the restaurant, specially from Silvana, who was very focus on providing good service to customers.

People organizing tours: they cancelled our tour to Moon Valley arguing tour was sold out from travel agency (although tour was previously confirmed). We went to San Pedro town and succesfully book it directly from another travel agency. Contacting other travel agencies could be provided by the hotel. Quality of bycicles provided by the hotel is very poor. This is a small investment for the hotel which will provide lot of satisfaction to customers.

It’s a beautiful hotel, with very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and the indoor/outdoor showers were fantastic, makes me wish I had that option at home! The pools were also lovely, and the breakfasts were delicious and the staff were always very helpful and attentive. Considering how dusty the air can get, it was impressive how clean everything was!

We had some issues with the air conditioning in our room, it might just be that the unit needs some maintenance, not enough to be unbearable but noticeable on warmer nights. It would have also been nice to have more shuttles available to go in to town and back, the walk is only about 20 minutes, but when you’ve been hiking all day or are pressed for time, the option for more pick up times would have been nice!

Hotel Cumbres is a wonderfull hotel, the room has a spetacular view to the desert and is very comfortable with a big and comfy bed. Breakfast is good with a lot of options and receptionists are always available to solve your problems. They have transfer every single day from 1pm to 10pm to "downtown" or you can grab a bike (both included). In the begning of the night you can fell a bad smell because of recycle of water but inside your room you don't smell it.

Furniture is a little old and needs more maintenance for the quality of the hotel. Gym with poor options off equipments and the treadmill is horrible

cleanness, comfortable rooms and large bed. incredible bathroom and outside shower! Staff cordial and always able to help you! walking distance to San Pedro but free Van and bicycle services if we’d prefer. And very good reception and wonderful breakfast! I most definitely recommend to stay!

Miss-communication about the closure of the swimming pools that created a bit of discomfort with the staff when we tried to use them. But it was explained although all of the 4 swimming pool remained closed when the information first received from the hotel management we would be able to use 2 of them.

The location- near the town but not in the centre. The arquitectura and design in each detail. Very stylish and you really recognise that you are in the middle if desert. Wifi was perfect. A lot of water in mini bar. Every day. Of course surroundings - the best of the best. Free shuttle to the centre of the town. The silence and the safety. Good restaurant with its air conditioner and cleanliness.

The menu in the restaurant should be more variety. And for the breakfast too. We stayed for 4 nights and every day it was the same with no difference

size of room, transfer to the city, breakfast, complimentary drinks upona arrival, super friendly reception desk staff, security, the breakfast boxes

location (but we already knew it and the transfer solves most of the equation), room temperature, water changes temperature during shower...

We had a really nice time at the Hotel Cumbres. The rooms are well decorated and spacious, the beds are comfortable and cozy. Everything is very clean. The breakfast was very good, several warm and cold options. We also enjoyed the food at the restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
