Nice location in a safe "Swiss" area, near the biggest shopping center. I got my room 2 hours before the formal check-in time. The room (salon + bedroom) are well equipped with everything one may need during a short/long travel, including microwave, 2 TV sets and even a washing machine. The staff are attentive and friendly. Clean at Swiss level. High recommend. Before, I stayed for 6 nights in a nearby Mr Hotel: for +35% price I had a smaller room, poor equipment and a unpleasant surprise at the end (charged my CC more than in booking!).

My perhaps the only stress moment was the credit card payment: my card was not accepted by their system, although worked everywhere else in Santiago. I needed to pay with another card. They should look into this issue, although it might be specific to my CC bank.

We stayed at the apartment for 12 nights and it was simply perfect. The location is excellent, the flat very comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for two people, and more. It's cleaned daily and they even do the dishes for you. I was certainly not expecting that! Every afternoon they leave you in the kitchen the breakfast for the following morning, which is also a very nice plus. The staff is welcoming, friendly, helpful and accommodating. We truly could have not asked for more, and we'll definitely stay here again next time.

I have nothing to complain about, it surpassed our expectations. They even got to open the office early on a Sunday, to accommodate for our early check-in.

We had an early morning arrival at Santiago (6:30 AM) and the property manager told us ahead they will try to get the room ready if possible else we can leave luggage in their office while we explore the city. The room was indeed kept ready for us to check-in which was super helpful! The second bathroom is a bit small but is perfectly usable and everything is as seen in photos. Very central location, short walk to metro as well as Sky Costanera complex. A very convenient and safe location to explore Santiago from.

Very spacious, clean, well equipped apt. Nice and quiet location, nice view from the balcony, (top floor). Near to the shopping mall. Pool was mostly like children's playground on the roof, can't really call it as a pool. Breakfast was delivered in plastic box day before, quite simple but ok, this should be mentioned, it's not "real" breakfast, more like snack... About staff, we met only Bruno who checked us in and he was nice. Fluent Spanish would help a lot also in Santiago. All in all though nice and comfy stay.

Nothing really to complain. Maybe the furniture of the apt should be updated, has seen the best days...

Great location for a 4-night stay near Las Condes district and just a few blocks away from subway line and Costanera Center. One bedroom apartment was just right for two adults with a second bed added in the living area. Staff was very gracious and made sure we felt welcome.

"Breakfast Included" was a disposable plastic box placed in the refrigerator during the day consisting of a white bread and cheese sandwich, a juice box, a cereal bar, and a piece of fruit. Instand coffee rounded it out.

It was well located and the staff was very helpful. We were 2 couples and there were a bunk bed and a double bed. They actually changed the bunk bed for a double. That was nice.

This apartment has 2 bathroom but the shower in the second bathroom was very small. We had to use the main shower. The breakfast was left everyday in the kitchen, cold breakfast, not hot breakfast, we just took it with us to eat if we got hungry.

Excellent location. It is close to metro Tobalaba and the Costanera Center. Good restaurants and coffee bars in the surroundings. Staff is nice and keen to help. We asked to check the microwave and they immediately replaced it with a new one. The washing/drying machine was superb. The apartment is large enough, nice balcony, and the bathroom has a window (which is not common in Santiago). The bed is really comfortable, and the heating is efficient. Our apartment was at the 14th floor, which is a plus, given that the building is surrounded by many tall buildings. The flat was also very quiet.

The flat could have been tidier. Some furnitures and refinings need maintenance, since you can see they are quite old. The floor was often poorly vacuumed. Breakfast was repetitive and quality was poor, and ther was no option to exclude it from the price. I would rather not pay for that. I can see the service has great potential, so please take this criticism as a chance to improve it as it deserves.

The fridge had too much ice and that was sorted by Carlos. The fridge and freezer looked a little outdated. But once cleaned or the excessive ice was removed it worked fine. The location is so good, a short walk from Santiago's tallest building and a great shopping centre in its mall. It is just a short walk under 10 minutes slowly. The area is safe, with lots of newly built high rise buildings. Managed to eat "Chilean Empanadas de Horno" (Which is a version of the English pasties, but with different fillings, including sea food, cheese and mushrooms, etc,. Erica, Georgia (with directions), Bruno (with various questions) and my Apartment Cleaner Jessica were simply awesome. Thank you are very insufficient words to describe the reality of my great experience.

My pillows, I woke up every morning with back pain. I tried different ways to sleep; which is not easy; but it kept visiting me especially in the mornings.

Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff, helpful and efficient management. Useful and quite generous snack breakfast: yogurt, fruit, juice, cereal bar, ham and cheese sandwich. Well equipped kitchenette. Appliances all worked. Excellent large double bed. Good storage.

A few good cushions would make the seating more comfortable.

great location, safe walk-able to restaurants, bars, Costenera center. small issue on check in was quickly resolved. In suite clothes washer was a bonus. 2bed 2bath had lots of space & big fridge in kitchenette. Attentive staff, check in and check out were easy (Spanish&English). regret not getting to use plunge pool on the sun deck. roof top happy hour across the block as well.

TV reception (but whose watching TV with this many cool places in walking distance) AC worked well but loud noises over noc.
