THE BEST HOTEL IN ALL BEIJING - trust me. Don’t be afraid that it says only for Mainland Chinese no problem they accept it. It is just for something of the government but no problem we are from Brasil we stayed and it was fine! First of all one advice DO NOT USE GOOGLE MAPS, or maps to get here it will throw you in a construction site far away from where it is. Just follow the steps from the messages . It is in SHINSHA HUTONG street just ask that name when you get to the HUTONG area of Quianmen and it will be easy! They accept WESTERN credit card which is very good most places do not accept anything of that visa or Mastercard. But here yes… very good m. Amazing hotel, we loved here!

Very good location, picturesque, really a nice place to stay and feel immersed in a Chinese inn. Staff was superb, kind and helpful.

Only one day we run out of hot water (it was late but a good shower in winter is pure gold) and internet connection was poor...

Perfect location in a nice neighbourhood close to everything and less than 5 minutes walking to a subway station which connects all the city super easy. Personnel really helpful and kind. Everything super clean, new mattress super comfortable. They bring you mineral water every day.

Nothing wrong to say. I would recommend this place to friends and everyone going to Beijing 🤙

We would like to start by thanking the gentleman in the front desk for their excellent customer support. Any questions we had about Beijing specifically, and China in general, they had proper answers. Their American English helped of course the process of interaction. Otherwise, if you are looking for a cozy Chinese style hotel in the middle of the Hotungs, this is your place. Approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the closest metro station, and walking distance to The Tian’anmen Square and the forbidden city.

The bathrooms need a renovation

Very special traditional Chinese court yard, with its own history make it even more unique. Location can not be better, only 5 minutes to high street, foods, shopping and public transports are so much more. Staffs are extremely helpful! We arrived with no phone SIM cards, no online banking, the staffs helped us through things and gave us very useful suggestions for the following days after our check out dates.

Bathroom facilities could be upgraded a bit.

The location was very comfortable. Two subway stations nearby and Qianmen square right around the corner. Our host, Bruce, is very kind and has been a great help. His English is perfect and he took a lot of effort in recommending and helping us book a trip to the Great Wall. The interior of the hotel is stunning.

The rooms were a bit cramped, and the pillows quite hard.

For what I was looking for, this place did the job. The single bedroom is pretty small, but I am a solo traveler so I didn't need much space. One of the staff members (the older guy) speaks good English and the location of this hotel is very good.

Remember, this is more of a "budget" establishment (in my opinion), so don't expect 5-star facilities.

Quiet. Good location. Nice helpful staff. Air con worked fine. No problem with hot water. Easy check in and check out. Always replaced the water which was very good. Left bag after checkout no problem

Could have made the bed.

The host was an Amazing person. This place will give you a vibe of old school chinese movies. Amazing place, must visit.

Location was excellent with a metro station 5 mins walk away, easy access to Beijing south railway station. Also close to main tourist street and main sites.
