The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of almost everything. The metro station is also just a few minutes away. The room was very spacious with comfortable beds, and the overall service was excellent. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, and I appreciated that breakfast was served as early as 6:30. I would definitely stay again!

Although I didn’t necessarily dislike the breakfast, I would have appreciated a few more Western options.

Breakfast was brilliant, lots of choices. Staff are very friendly and polite. The cleaner found out that we had some wet clothes hanging in the wardrobe while she was cleaning our room, and left a note for me to tell me that there is a free self laundry service at floor 2, very thoughtful.

Comparing the holiday Inn express in UK which we always use, the size of the room and beds in China are a bit smaller. But it wouldn't put me off.

Everything was fine at the hotel except for poor to non-existent English language skills and the lukewarm at best breakfast items. The breakfast spread looked very inviting but, alas, the offerings were inedible because none of the hot items were anything more than lukewarm at best. Who wants to eat meat or eggs that looked like they were cooked ages ago and not kept hot!

The location was great, close to the main square in terms of walkable distance. I liked all the local shops and mini supermarkets, convenience stores that were close by. The hotel staff were professional and those that I encountered spoke English. I also had an important letter that was delivered to the hotel, and it was kept for my arrival. The room was clean and quiet, and well supplied with bottles of water and a kettle.

Cleanliness, room comfort, location. Adding room fridge will add more comfort for travelers.

Lack of support staff to drop luggage to room. Reception staff should give priority to the customer standing right in front of them rather than having long conversations on reception phone. I waited for at least 5min at the counter but they didn't attend me and I left un attended.

Very Clean and peaceful hotel with good amenities in the room. Friendly and helpful staff, even with limited English, they will assist us with enquiries. Location is good, with multiple convenience shops in the vicinity and at least 3 halal eateries within 5 min walking distance. Breakfast spread is quite good, but no halal options.

Breakfast do not have halal options, so we can only eat bread & jam (we need to personally request for butter), yogurt, cereal, fruits and hard boiled eggs. 2 pillows were provided but it's too soft.

5-7min walk from nearest underground station, just a short walk away from big malls and central areas. Great breakfast spread. Clean room, fairly helpful staff.

Breakfast served too late at 730am so we didn’t manage to have it the morning we had to catch an early train. Smell of old cigarette smoke permeated the room although I had requested a non-smoking room (which our room was), tried airing the room out but it didn’t solve the issue at all - this is a huge problem for most China hotels I’ve stayed at.

a very good hotel in an excellent part of the beautiful city with many shops of all kinds nearby. Very good rooms and clean with an obvious effort to make both the rooms and the common areas even cleaner. The breakfast area was exceptionally clean and airy and the staff was literally at every point ready to clean and help. The quality and variety of the breakfast EXCELLENT covers every taste and here I have to say a big BRAVO to the breakfast staff as they had to manage daily a large volume of visitors a large menu and as I saw demanding customers and yet they managed EVERY DAY. also the check-in staff and everyone else were ready to attend to every need of every visitor. CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL THE HOTEL STAFF AND MANAGEMENT.
