The Niccolo Chengdu is perfectly located right next to Taikoo Li, an upscale open-air shopping area that also includes the Da'ci Temple. It's also conveniently connected to the IFS (huge shopping mall). The service was excellent—attentive and welcoming. Our room was clean, spacious, and included nightly turndown service, making for a very comfortable stay. The bathroom was also generously sized. The concierge service stood out, with Jon providing outstanding assistance in organizing all of our attraction bookings. Highly recommended!

All the staff are amazing and highly efficient. My husband and myself are very happy and impressed with the concierge service. Everything will be well taken care of by the staff. We stayed for 3 nights on the 5th floor and a night on the 15th floor facing Taikoo Li. Frankly speaking, we prefer the room and view of the 5th floor as compared to the 15th floor. The room is clean, well maintained and comfortable. The only thing we do not like are the pillows. They are too soft and not thick enough for our liking. We requested for thicker pillows and once again the housekeeping responded efficiently and brought over two different types for us to choose from. However they are still the same. Nevertheless, this can be overlooked as everything else is impeccable. We will definitely be back with our kids next time.

Breakfast wasn't huge, but very good variety. The location was awesome, sandwiched betwee the most popular shopping outlet and classic Chengdu streets. Room was clean, modern and well kept. Great gym and indoor swimming pool. Staff very nice and most of them speaks English well, showing professional standards. Room service twice a day with fruits being constantly refilled. Superb hotel.
I really can't think of anything bad, even if I tried hard to think if anything went wrong during my 3 days stay. Really none.

The checkin procedure was very efficient. Room was convenient. There is no better location to be in Chengdu. Breakfast was very good.
The swimming pool was closed for maintenance work. The route to the hotel from the metro is not clear when we were arriving.

Everything is nice, including the staff, the view of the room, and the facilities of the room. The hotel is close to Tak Koo Li and IFS, just few minutes walk from metro station.
