Before we arrived to Guangzhou, I was contacted by Eva, which was appointed by Four Seasons as our personal assistant. Eva helped us out with so many things while in Guangzhou: inside the hotel, and also outside. Amazing service, thanks Eva!

No complains about the hotel. But be careful with taxi drivers waiting at the reception. I lived in GZ before, know roads. The driver that was taking us from the hotel to the airport deliberately chose a very, VERY long road. He literally drove southward - to the direction of Hong Kong, i.e. the opposite direction to the airport GZ. I noticed, gave him a sign. But it was too late already. So I had to pay 350 RMB for the ride, rather than around 150 RMB as usual. Later I complained about the driver to Eva, and she reported about him to his company. Which at least should make taxi rides from Four Seasons GZ safer.

The staff is amazing and very obliging. They make you feel very well and support whenever they can for any inquiry. Pool and spa are as well very nice. Incl. sauna. Breakfast is as well very nice in the Italian restaurant but provides all kind of food.

The bathroom had several defects which like knobs falling off or some dust in the corners. As well the toilet paper was too bad for such kind of standard. But overall its a nice bathroom with the bathtub in in front of an amazing view.

My parents had an amazing experience at Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the service is top-notch. Eden Yuan and Connie Wang from Reservation Department are extremely helpful during my reservation. They provided me tremendous assistances and have prompt responses to my questions, which ensures the 3-night stay for my parents were cozy and memorable. Thank you again, Eden and Connie! The room is spacious and clean with beautiful views. The hotel amenities are fantastic, especially the pool and fitness center. The location is also convenient, with easy access to popular attractions and restaurants. I would highly recommend Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable stay.

Amazing Staff. Especially in the front desk where I was received by Mr Yellow who gave me a Royal treatment. He personally offered to my girlfriend a birthday cake and an astounding flower in collaboration with Miss Eva. I we appreciated the harmonious communication between the different touch points of the hotel. Between the restaurant, reception and the Amazing HUA SPA. We lived unforgettable moments in Four Seasons

Nothing, everything was just perfect.

Spacious and good floor plan. comfy bed and pillows. Check out was speedy as staff suggested auto check out if I don’t need receipt. Walking distance to many attractions and nice restaurants.

The faucet accessories looked worn out although still working. No USB plug and music system was a bit disappointing. Some guests allowed their children to run around and shouted a crossed the reception area. Not sure if the staff can do something about that.

the service at this four season is truly exceptional, extending from their room service to the swimming pool, with special recognition given to Susan from room service , as well as sister Liang and Jessica from the pool, who are outstanding in their roles. the commitment of all staff members to providing the best possible service contributes to the hotel’s remarkable reputation.

The staff were excellent and attend to every need and the rooms and facilities are excellent too

Having to wear a cap in the pool - ridiculous. Ironically, there is a video in the lifts featuring a woman in the pool - No Swimming Cap

Was upgraded to Junior suite which was excellent. Large living area seperate bedroom and larger bathroom. Heated self flushing toilets Only small moan not much cupboard space for clothes in the dressing room area But brilliant overall staff could not do enough for you

Hotel starts at the 70 floor so the views are insane! Room was specious and clean Lounge was very good, excellent service and tasty dishes. Hope to come back again soon

Bad and pillows were too soft which was not comfortable for me. The rooms and spa are a little outdated comparing to newer hotels

Communication with the hotel was very clear and responsive. My room was amazing, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend the spa and the swimming pool.

I didn’t like they did not have shampoo and conditioner. Well, they did but it was from a dispenser machine like cheap hotels have. They also had an amazing bath tub but nothing to add to the water. Very minimalistic, read cheap. this is another big hotel in Guangzhou without any soul.
