Location is convenient. Easily accessible to shopping area and to Metro stations. Before we check in, customer service were very helpful and prompt to reply all my queries and my concerns. Upon touch down Guangzhou BaiYun Airport, CS Wechat me to confirm our arrival time to their apartment and check if we need any help. We were greeted by a very helpful front desk recep (Xiao Yun) on our day of arrival. Communication via Wechat to attend for room service requests was great. My family gives 10/10 for their customer service. We did not request to tidy our room daily, but they will place mineral water, fresh towels and daily amenities outside our room. Room was well equipped microwave, fridge, plates, no cutlery and washing machine with dryer. There was a smart TV in the living room but we couldn't get any program up for viewing which wasn't an issue for us. Wifi was available but we were told we cannot access to Google Services, FB and YouTube, that did not affect us either. It was a very pleasant stay for our family.

As this is an apartment located in a shopping plaza, sharing slow service lift to our 19 floor unit was a chore. There were people (shop tenants) relaxing, having their meals and smoking at the the 19th floor lift lobby. Apartment uses storage heater, so it will take a couple of minutes to heat up water for the next person to enjoy a hot shower.

The strategic location of the apartment was superb. Many eateries, shopping centers, places of interests are just a few minutes walkaway. We can even see the Guangzhou Tower from our room. The apartment was spacious & very well furbished & clean.

In such a big apartment with beds for 8 adults, there is only ONE bathroom/toilet. All of us have to wait for our turn each time we need to use it. That really doesn't make any sense. Improvement on that would be good.

Located literally in Hengrun Mall.. just beside and steps away from Beijing Road with a lot of shopping and eateries all around . The apartment we stayed at was bright with a high ceiling in the living area and had ample sunlight come through the very large windows. front office staff are very helpful even with their limited command of the English language.

The building houses many hotels and apart hotels and Elevators take a little longer to get there. The bedrooms are not completely private (and are one the first floor ) and the bathroom is in the lower level of the apartment . No facility to cook in room except for the microwave and tea kettle . No bellboy or concierge.

High floor, view from 21st floor. Ample space. Value for money and right in the heart of the action on the main shopping district.

The bathroom smells like smoke because smoking is allowed in the building so must have got in the vents. There were some visible cracks in the bathroom floor eaves. One of the bathroom shower doors was initially not there, then fixed the next night.

The location is just back of Beijing Road pedestrian street. Very perfect location. Washing machine and refrigerator, iron board are available. Room Is good. There are 2 big beda, suitable for 4 adults. Supermarket is only at the same building. Lots of food and shipping shops around apartment

Front desk is not friendly. Lift is slow . The best needs repairs, some springs have risen to surface of the bed

Strongly recommend. Spacious, 6people can sleep (upstairs 1big 1 small bed, downstair 1big bed and sofa) , infact if don't mind sleeping on the floor, 10person can sleep, there many shop in this condo, I stay at 18, 14 is receptionist and massage shop, 22 is saloon, infact all the floor there apartment and shop thus very convenient, there 24hr restaurant nearby, supermarket at level2, there 7eleven or convenient store, next to Beijing road (padestrian walk)

We struggle to use the washing machine but apart from that nothing really to dislike.

The location is superb. The house keeping staff was very helpful. The facilities inside the room is very good.

Needs to plan your trip to use the lift to avoid crowded time.

the staff helped us with a missing item of ours and were very quick to respond to our requests. Its in the heart of centre so everything is easily accessible .

Lift is bit pain as there is lot of time waiting for lifts

The location is very convenient and next to Beijing Road Pedestrian Mall.

The problem in this apartment is the lifts. The lifts are very slow and crowded at all times.
