Hotel facilities were great. Rooms were beautifully done up and most comfortable even though we were there for one night. Mention of thanks to the morning reception who escorted us out to the road to the shuttle taxi as the driver refused to come into the hotel drive way. She even offered to help us with our large luggage since the driver refused to offer assistance. Thank you 👍

Location from the airport to the hotel requires transportation. We had a nasty experience with the local taxi as he took us on a long ride for 30 minutes to the hotel. Since Hilton is offering free service to guests to the airport. Perhaps to offer a paid shuttle service would be helpful for anyone who prefers it

Well designed, comfortable, and reliable service for an okay price.

Despite being an airport hotel, it's not actually so close to the airport. Took us about 30 minutes by taxi but also took us 30 minutes to get on a taxi at the airport. Looks nice from a distance but the construction quality is not great.. lots of things that are clearly supposed to be aligned are definitely very slanted and a lot of caulking is used to fill in the gaps. Works though I suppose but now but would be concerned of the upkeep long-term.

The hotel furnishings were very nice. The wood paneling and floor gave an extra sense of comfort and homeliness. The breakfast was half decent and varieties very good

The desk staff although greeted us well we're not very attentive to our needs. In addition to the language barrier, a service culture of listening to the customer was absent. Direct 'yes' and 'no' commands seem to be the order. That being said the chaos St the concierge was very different. Helpful and gave very good suggestions for how we could explore the city. Very good that man!

My room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was great. The room where breakfast is served is on the top floor, and you get a great view of the airport and out to sea from there.

Although it's an airport hotel, it's not actually that close to the airport. A lot of flights get into Shenzhen early in the morning, but the hotel doesn't offer early check-in. I was able to leave my bags there though.

Staff were so helpful even before i got there. David (night manager) was super friendly and helpful. Lynne Zhang was super friendly with correspondence on email / information too, before i got there. Breakfast was so good and the feel of the restaurant (including the super view) was very up market. What you would expect from a brand new Hilton Hotel. Congradulations Hilton Team and thanks again!

I was a bit disappointed there was no airport shuttle- I thought when I booked that airport transport was one of the facilities on offer, but perhaps I was mistaken.

The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, spacious with two double beds and a decent view from the 11th floor. The breakfast bar on the top floor was excellent.

Room clean and spacious. Many and delicious breakfast options. Useful facilities (I used laundry service and small gym). Location ideal for airport connection.

Washing machine in laundry room left permanent stains on clothes. Keep in mind there's a 16% service tax on top of the advertised booking.com price.

We booked 1 bedroom studio. Its huge and comfortable. 10 mins drive from airport

Breakfast is boring and very little selection. As a muslim is very little selection of food that we can eat. Avoid book room with breakfast unless it is really necessary.

The overall experience was very good. The entire staff are very good they took our care like our family members. They are fully ccoprative and extended all support
