I had a complaint all electrical as in lights, tv. All power to room would turn off while I was in room on 4 occasions, I would have to cycle door open for lights & all power to come back on. A maintenance staff member arrived quickly for complaint, the bad new is he said power is on a motion/timer devise & normal. I know this is not normal if I am creating movement in room as I was creating movement in the room. I did not push the issue because it was late in evening & I was ready for soon for my early flight. I did ask that they note the issue for reference for next customer. I feel there was a sensor motion issue.

the hotel is new and literally just outside the airport. 2 mins after immigration. room and bed great

we used the restaurant which wasnt cheap although we expected to pay extra for the location. My meal was really good but my wife didn't like hers. Nothing to do with the hotel but warning to others although there exists a 24hour visa free access into china the bureaucrocy at immigration is ridiculous and organisation a shambles. We got through after 3 hours others we met in the morning gave up and slept on the airport floor

Although many guests mentioned that they couldn't reach the hotel easily, on the contrary, the hotel is very easy to reach by taxi or metro or by plane via Shenzhen airport, just follow the sign that refers to the hotel by its name. The Entire hotel is spotless, and the staff is so helpful, especially Angel she was more than a sister. The breakfast is very good, although most of the Chinese dishes, there are many dishes you will like, besides the egg station, fruits, cheese and pastry, you will like it. the room was spacious, fully equipped with kitchen gadgets for cooking and also there was a dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, and kettle. it will be my first choice for Shenzhen, we don't need more.

- the room was spacious, well-lit and comfortable to stay in. - the hotel is very near the airport. - the toilets were very spacious and provides a wide range of toiletries - the beds were comfortable to sleep. - the hotel breakfast contains a wide variety of food for hotel guests. - the hotel staff were friendly and offered me to extend my checkout as I checked in at 4am after my flight got delayed. - the TV is clear and has a wide variety of channels

- the breakfast time could be extended for travellers who check in past midnight. - the swimming pool operating hours were weird and I couldn't access it using my key card.

The room was very spacious, clean and modern. The location is perfect for a layover, as the hotel can be entered directly from the airport. Also, we got a free late checkout, which was perfect as our flight arrived in the early morning.

Unfortunately the communication with the hotel before our arrival was very difficult. They did not reply on any message on booking nor mail. Only a phone call to China was possible (however, on the phone the late check out was easily proposed).

The room size(959), it was more like a suite, shower was amazing I could have stayed in it for ages, LOL all in all very good.

Arrived rather tired, found hotel reasonably easily, check in was quick, on arriving to room found a musty smell which I found uncomfortable, but not too over powering. Breakfast was really good and well laid out, overall 8 out of 10 as everything you want was there for you, oh one last thing they really need to put more sugar, tea and coffee into the room's. As it's right at the airport changing money isn't a real problem either, I firstly tried cash machines at airport but it seemed it was out of money, well at least I hope so as I tried it twice, couldn't understand what the machine was saying to me, luckily I had cash on me to exchange, so if the hotel was to have some sort of machine or money exchange that would be helpful.

- Breakfast was impeccable and catered to traditional and western tastes - Our room was HUGE and you could've easily stayed there for a week happily- it included a stove, fridge, walk-in shower, large bed, TV, and a beautiful expansive view of the airfield - Considering we were right by the airport the sound proofing was fantastic

- Pool was open 2PM-10PM so we didn't get a chance to try it out! - Extra charges were added to our payment in person

Very convenient location! The hotel is located right in the terminal, making it easy to find and get in. Personal was very kind and helpful; we were informed about everything we needed. The room was clean and spacious, with a modern interior. A nice view on the airport entrance. Breakfast was fairly decent, with a varied selection of items.

The air conditioner was working a little loud at night, so we had to turn it off. The nice view was a bit spoiled by the dirty exterior side of the window.

We have had an unplanned layover in Shenzhen and Hyatt turned out to be the best option for us to deal with the situation as it is located right at the airport. We were even allowed to check-in several hours earlier than the advertised check-in time, plus a quite generous breakfast buffet was included in the price. The room was spacious, well equipped and in a good condition. Absolutely recommended.

Actually after immigration just turn left about 5 min walk via gate 14, if u turn right via gate 16 then it's different hotel (Grand Hyatt ) so u will walk round n round for extra 30 minutes. So maybe clear signage just after immigration is better
