I had a great experience at the Langham Shenzhen. The hotel is top class, from the second you walk in, you feel like you made the right decision. All of the staff is nice, speaks great English, very polite and kind. The rooms are fantastic! Clean, large, cozy beds, etc. And the breakfast? First hotel in Shenzhen that I feel like I'm eating in Europe. Just great. They thought about everything, and even given us a late check out as our flight was delayed. I will definitely recommend this place and will be there again as soon as I'm back to Shenzhen. Special thanks to Ashley, the Front Desk Manager who was spot on for all our needs and made us feel at home.

My room was regularly cleaned and fresh towels were given. The staff were all very friendly and helpful even if there was a bit of a language barrier. The breakfast buffet was superb with many different Western and Eastern food options. The fact that there was a mall entrance from the hotel was also a big plus.

This is something small and probably petty but I would have liked to have a drinks bar to buy drinks and snacks at the pool. The service was great but I had to wait a while to get drinks and food because it had to be prepared in the hotel on a different floor. This being said, there was always someone around to take my order or assist me.

The room was beautifully decorated with a marble floor entryway and bathroom. The bathtub was large and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and all the furniture was classic and in great condition. The view from the large windows showcased the modern city with the mountains in the background.

I wish the hotel was a little closer to a zone with more cultural events. Everything was accessible via the train or a walk. This wasn't a terrible thing but it would have made the stay a little more convenient.

The location is great and the staff are very friendly and attentive ! We particularly enjoyed our stay as the hotel offers two options for swimming pools one outdoor and one indoor . Which is great if you are traveling with children like we were . The langham shenzhen lives up to the langham name and is very well operated , the rooms were excellent and again the staff were 10/10

It is the best value for money in its class of hotels in Shenzhen. Executive Club access is also very reasonably priced for what is included, and the club staff are attentive and polite. Very good spa, gym, and pool. Attached to a mall. Good and quiet location between Nanshan and Futian. Executive rooms are quite large. Nice bathtub.

We liked everything. The quality of the breakfast may not be the best among competitors, but it is still very good.

I like the hotel room is cleaned up and towels replaced when we left the room for dinner after swimming. very attentive to details. left bed time cookies as small gifts is wonderful and delicious. great outdoor and indoor pools. most kids play in outdoor pool and indoor pool is fairly quiet.

nothing in particular. it would be good if children’s under 12 gets free breakfast as the buffet prices are costly especially when they don’t eat a lot.

The stay was absolutely excellent. The quality and hospitality of the staff made us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The rooms are very well equipped and absolutely spotless. The beds are really good and the hotel restaurants are of superior quality. One of the best hotels in town and surely will be back at this hotel in my next visit. I can very much recommend this place.

Hotel has access to the shopping mall, food court and the local underground market within walking distance. The main entrance to the hotel is secluded. Hotel staff from all level are exceptional well trained with outstanding services and extremely attentive to each customer. Awesome view from the club lounge and great view from room as well. Thumbs up for all staff members!

The staff were exceptional. John and Maria on the front desk helped us sort an early check in, made sure we had a room with a view and managed to organise for us to stay an extra night at short notice. Sam, Candy and Erin gave us a warm greeting and were always very attentive in the club lounge organising food with dietary requirements for my wife and always making sure we were comfortable during afternoon tea and in the evening. We had a variety of servers at breakfast who helped and always made sure we had what we needed. Adam helped with multiple requests and was always there to say hello. All in all, a tremendous stay!

Rooms are spacious! bathroom has a big bath tub with TV in the wall. swimming pool outdoor is perfect for little kids and adults lots of covered seating areas and seats in the water, drinks can be ordered by the pool too. club package is the best! afternoon tea each day, evening nibbles hot and cold. I travelled with my baby and staff were super helpful to me. Sam in club lounge was amazing help with the baby each time we went into club area. Maria added my WeChat and was always happy to answer questions, solve problems and ask how we are.
