The staff was very helpful. They allowed us to get into our room early and kept our bags for us while we went exploring before check in. The looked up tv channels because we were trying to find a certain game of the Women's World Cup, and they gave us a floor fan that made good "white noise" that covered the noise from the street at night — a lifesaver!!
We did not take breakfast at the hotel. We love eggs, and we didn't see them. There are two amazing restaurants (Pato and Masa) very close by with outstanding breakfast offerings, so we went there instead. Also, when the cleaning lady finished, she left the glass sliding door open two days in a row. It wouldn't have been easy, but thieves could have entered.

The bed was comfortable, the jacuzzi worked amazingly. Excellent breakfast, varied and tasty. Appliances worked well. The room was overall confortable. Staff was kind and collaborative.
There is no access for handicapped or strollers in the main entrance. The room has some items that could be replaced maintained more often.

The nocturnal illumination is precarious, some bulbs no working an in the bathroom is very bad for women, especially.

Apartment was amazing. Clean, comfortable and very nice. Breakfast was good not much variety. Safe location.
Can be a little noisy in the morning. There's a park in front and have a LOTS of dogs barking.

It is an excellent hotel both if you're there for business or for travel. The building is in a very good location in the city and it's close to a nice park. Neighborhood is calm and quite and so is the hotel. Mostly adults stay here although also some families. In general everything was great. Great installations, good staff, clean. No complaints. It's my second time there and I'll keep using it when I'm in Bogotá.
The breakfast could have a little more options. It's a little repetitive and basic.
