The place was very nice and hotel had many amenities.pool,hottub, gym,sauna. Strong hot shower, mini fridge.

Breakfast had a lot of variety but lacked flavor. The bed was extra firm like a board, it was too firm for me. I don't know what was going on at the hotel, but there were many children running around like it was there play ground.my fault I don't know much spanish but I wished more employees knew English

The restaurant, bar, and maid staff were amazingly nice and accommodating. 24/7 room service!

Confusing amenities, overzealous security on myself and guest that I booked with. I had to remind them i was staying there everytime the shift changed. Just entering the lobby, and I do not look like a vagrant. Events were loud and can be heard through my room. No AC

The room was a bit dark with every light turned on. no overhead lights. The spa was great but closed at 8pm. would like to be able to use it after dinner so prefer if it stayed open later. The gym equipment is pretty basic.

Big comfortable room with a separate small living area. Staff were helpful and attentive, even allowing us to use the pool after we had checked out as our flight wasn't until later that night.

It's not a huge negative but we were staying in the 2nd tower, which was eerily quiet. There was a bar and restaurant in our tower but it was never open. The location is quite a long way out of the historic centre. We had to walk quite a long way to find somewhere to eat.

Breakfast was fantastic. Enjoyed the pool and sauna.

Several rooms on my floor had parties happening at all hours of the night, playing loud bass heavy music. The hotel gave me a different quieter room for the night but didn’t do much about the parties which was surprising.

Is an old, but great hotel. Has a pool, jacuzzis, restaurant. Comfy beds. Very professional GM. Listened to the issues.

Lot.of street construction going on and acess not clearly visible. Is noisy at times depnding on where they put you. You would think they wouldnt put any one in rooms facing the construction or at least discount the room.

no vegan options other than fruit for breakfast; no sleepers as advertised; freezing floor; almost all lifts doors would close hard, as you were getting in and out; old grouting in the showers.

The location was great for the value. When I first walked in, it looked run down. However, I was placed on the renovated side of the hotel and beat my expecation.

Room service was quite bad, so I ordered food through a delivery service Rappi.

The extra charge for pool. 70000 pesos. Get with it . U have a pool let your guest use it in price of room. U charge for room and then more for pool. It's better to find other hotels that won't charge for pool. There's many here in bogota

We included daily br’st with our stay and enjoyed the food and the service - staff was very accommodating and friendly. The bell staff were super - friendly - helpful - they made our stay so much better. The room was clean and comfortable. The location served our purpose very well being close to the medical clinic we needed to visit. Also there are some other amenities within walking distance such as convenient stores - bakery. The transportation is provided by dedicated white taxi cars with very friendly drivers. Overall excellent services.

The protests in the streets - without getting involved - my opinion - keep them peaceful.
