Hi. I selected a hotel instead of an Airbnb because of the security. And this hotel provides this security that I wanted. Staff helps you a lot. They are very friendly, from the chef to the cleaners. If you need any advice related to the city. They can give you that, just ask for them, they’re always there to help you. Was my first time with my brother in the city, I was concerned about the taxis and the mobility in the city. However, the location is perfect, is near of everything. If you want to go to downtown, best restaurants, airport, malls, or a place for a concert uber cost you no more than 25k or 30k COP.

Perhaps more variety on the breakfast

The breakfast was good and the room was nice. The staff was really friendly. Although the hotel was opposite a noisy club, the bedroom was very quiet. We arrived past midnight, and the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful when checking us into our room.

The bed was a bit hard and the room was quite hot. This would not stop me booking this hotel again or recommending it.

Soundproof, comfortable bed

The sheets had hair on them like they weren;t clean and I was told it was just the washing machine. I got moved from room to room looking for a room with clean sheets that didnt have hair in them because it was a LOT of hair. There was no staff on hand to just change my sheets or even give ME sheets to change them myself. The woman was apologetic but it was a little frustrating.

The staff was very friendly and the price was reasonable. The location is great... close to bars, restaurants, night clubs, grocery stores, easy access to transportation, etc., etc.

Because of the nightlife the location is very loud and you could hear a lot of people walking in the hallway late at night/crack of dawn. As typical in many cities, there's no AC in the room since the weather in Bogota tends to be somewhat cold. But for those of us accustomed to controlling your room temperature, it could be a problem.

The breakfast was good and tasty. Near to the airport like 15min by taxi or uber. So much things to visit around like botanical garden and saliste magico. There are a lot of restaurants, supermarkets, bars, and pharmacies. Convenient location to stay in Bogota for a few days

For the money paid the rooms need a coffee Maker an hairdryer and the desk could be a bit bigger

location it’s great, near to the airport, also the hotel has a lot of different stores, bars and restaurants around

The included breakfast could improve

Unfortunately, we were running late and did not partake in breakfast.

Room was a bit small for 3 people but acceptable for a one-night stay.
