We could only stay one night and had to leave before breakfast to catch our plane. The staff were excellent. They provided something to eat at 5:30am anyway and also made reservations for us for dinner and were very helpful in general. The room was exceptional. A very comfortable bed, stylish decor, great shower, air-conditioned/heating (not guaranteed in Bogotá hotels). The only issue was some drunk guests tried to get into our room at 3am!

A little expensive by Bogotá standards, but cheap in comparison with tourist areas e.g. Cartegena. The hotel restaurant was out of service for an unexplained reason?

The reception staff was amazing, extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is really new and we enjoyed the design and facilities (rooms though are not very big, but enough for a short city trip). The breakfast was served at the rooftop restaurant, which was really nice and yummy! We would def stay here again when coming for 1-2 nights in Bogota.

It was quiet loud Saturday night. The streets around have many restaurants and bars and it was really loud on the weekend at night (but we also had the room to the street). However, during the day it is super calm and beautiful.

We had a very nice stay at Hotel Coco. The location of the hotel is simply perfect, the hotel is new and beautifully designed. Our (corner) room was comfortable, the bed also. The room gave on the backside, so it was really calm. The personal is really, really kind, everyone is always willing to help and smiles. Thank you! It was also nice to start the day with a breakfast on the rooftop.

The breakfast could be better… In Colombia the coffee should taste really good ;-)

Overall, the hotel is 10/10, can't even say anything to criticize it: from staff to the oatmeal soap in the bathroom to breakfast to design – everything's just perfect.

Before coming, I've asked if I could pay for my stay in US dollars, and the hotel said yes. But upon arrival, I've been told that I had to go to the currency exchange and get Colombian pesos from there. It's no big deal, but the banks were already closing, so I had to run around the area for a bit to try and get the money. Everything else was top notch.

Location is spectacular as is the hotel design. I love the common areas which are designed for lounging and comfort.

The fragrance in the lobby of the hotel is very strong. I believe it's to create an ambiance, but it is too strong. There is no desk or space to work in the room that I was in, but I did find space in the common areas to work.

Well located and modern hotel. Comfortable room with all the required amenities I needed for my weekend stay. Staff were friendly and attentive.

My only criticism is that the plug sockets next to the bed are only live if the bedside lights are also turned on. Which meant my phone didn’t charge whilst I was sleeping!

The location was really nice, close to so many good restaurants. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast on the roof top greenhouse was so wonderful!!

Our room was a bit small, not easy to place a big suitcase. The air conditioning was not working when we were there, not really a big deal for us because our room was north-oriented.

The hotel has a great location. It is new and stylish. The personnel was absolutely kind and helpful. If I return to Bogota, for sure, I will choose this hotel for my stay.

The room was small, and it was not easy to fit in with my luggages. The breakfast options need to be extended. Please offer better quality Colombian coffee!!

Excellent location close to the main bus line, cafes, restaurants and parks, including one right across the street. The breakfast offered on the top floor was nice and the staff couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel.

No coffee machine in the room, but coffee was available on the roof/breakfast room at 6:30am

Nice hotel with super breakfast (+ you will enjoy the view). Nice walkable area with lots of restaurants. Good location as it is in the middle of the center down south and the other hip areas north.

Lacks a gym (a pool would be great). Common area is a bit small (lacks a real lobby).
