The apartment with a balcony was a nice room upgrade gift from Booking.com. Great value! Spacious apartment with a well stocked kitchen only one block away from a top of the line supermarket. Comfortable king size bed and living room area. Great central location, with easy access to transportation. Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again!!

We had a nice large one bedroom apartment with a balcony facing a quiet street, full kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Staff, Ms. SIrley (spoke good English) at the reception and the other lady that worked (sorry didnt get the name) were super super nice and very helpful. They even offered to help with our laundry. 24 hour front desk had someone always available to open the door for us. Location was good, not right in the center of the city but shops and taxies are always there. We will return for sure

Not much hot water, dont open the tap fully the heater cant keep up. If you open the tap half way you will get good hot water. There were no dinner plates in the kitchen (I am guessing someone forgot),

The place is in a great location and the staff is friendly in general, the place was clean and comfortable.

They gave us any apartment, definitely not the one we reserved or saw in the pictures. Besides this, everything inside the place was great except for the kitchen, luckily we didn't have to cook but the stove was so bad that if you needed to boil some water it's going to take a few hours.

I liked the facilities, the location, the wonderful staff, the value, the upgrade I got from Booking.com, the balcony, and other aspects too!

This was my second stay and I enjoyed it even more this time. I stayed at the deluxe apartment and it had everything I needed. This time I had no issues with the hot water in regards to the shower. The place is located in a nice area within walking distance to bars, restaurants, and clubs. There is a dancehall, reggaeton literally 3 minutes away that I enjoyed a lot. The staff is very helpful and will assist you when you need help. Even though we had the language barrier, the staff was extremely patient. Overall great value for the money.

Its an excellent stay and all amenties was great. High speed internet and it is located in safe area in Bogota.

The people were pretty kind, the apartment was clean and comfortable.

The parking space was one of the worse that I have seen ever, pretty small, lack of order, they asked to park based on other guests needs.

The 1st apartmen hot water was not the best... everything else was 1,000 times better than expected. I was there for about 10 days.

The hotel is in a good location. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

There is a lot of construction next to the hotel. Some extra blankets and additional towels would be ideal.
