This is a nice facility of apartment-hotel rooms well located in Chapinero, with large windows and excellent light. I stayed in a large studio, with a kitchenette and seating area, all of which were fine for a work-related stay. The cleaning staff was meticulous. The onsite washer-dryer were a plus, as was the seating area on the roof. It is walking distance to multiple excellent coffee shops and restaurants, as well as several grocery stores.

The front-of-house staff service was uneven, with one experienced, helpful person during the day. The rest seemed young and inexperienced—they carried on long and loud conversations with guests their own age in the tiny lobby (which is close to several rooms, including mine) and repeatedly caused a lot of noise well into the evening. The kitchen amenities for cooking could be more ample and upgraded. There's one odd detail — the bathrooms are behind glass walls (covered with a curtain) which might be a privacy issue if staying with a partner or family.

The room is very clean and nice. There is a lot of natural light. Smart TV with Netflix connected. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a room cleaning service from a 5-day stay. Good equipped kitchen. Nice restaurant in the area and up to 10 minutes of walking. Quiet neighborhood. Good shower temp and pressure. Minimarket 5 min walk.

There's no air conditioning or even a fan, and it gets extremely hot in the mornings when the sun rises. To the point where we hid in the bathroom just to get some shade. Could be fixed with shades over the windows. At night there's a projector illuminating the building and it's right into the bedroom window. It's hard to fall asleep as its right in your face. Would be nice to have a window shade to close it.

It felt very secure, small store and upscale restaurant within a block. Front desk ‘manned’ 22 hours/ day. Large rooms, hot water and comfortable bed.

I was on a lower floor and the toilet didn’t have much pressure behind it . The second item was a minor negative until I figured it out on the last night. There’s a shared patio. My floor to ceiling curtains were a bit see through. I had noted another traveller had commented on it. Last night I figured out there’s a second solid curtain behind it that I had failed to notice. So it was an oversight on my behalf.

A nice place for a longer stay located in beautiful and safe Chapinero area in Bogota. The apartment was modern and well-equipped with everything you need. The staff was very nice and helpful. The laundry service is fast and efficient. Overall, great value for money!

The only thing was a bit odd policy that they charge you if someone needs to visit you after 20:00. Haven't encountered similar policy elsewhere. Quite inconvenient.

Location is good, with many great restaurants nearby, also quiet. It was clean and the bed was good. The shower is great, the best we had so far during our trip in Colombia. Another positive detail are the usb outlets. Everything necessary was provided, the staff was super friendly and spoke English. For one or two nights, we would stay there again. Also the blinds worked good to keep out the light for the night.

The room, and especially the bathroom, were quite small. Only one hook for towels. The window did not open very wide for fresh air. Generally, for a short stay, all minor issues that did not inconvenience us as much. For longer stays this room might become a little uncomfortable.

I stayed for a month, so obviously I liked it. The apartments are new with everything you need. Very clean apartment & bathroom, comfortable bed, kitchen utensils, stove, hotpot, microwave, everything works, spacious, friendly management, (Wilson speaks decent English), reliable wifi, etc. Cooking in the apartment will definitely save you some cash, is staying longer term. The location is in a quiet residential neighborhood with plenty of good restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc within 5-10 minutes walk. The bus stop is a few blocks down the hill (L81- about 20 minutes to Plaza de Bolivia (near the majority of the "tourist" attractions) & D81 back to your apartment- very convenient). 3k/ride but you will need a metro card, which can be obtained 2 blocks west of Plaza de Bolivar, on your way back to your apartment. I put 70k pesos on the card & that was plenty for the month. I usually walked to the Plaza de Bolivar for exercise (about an hour) & took the bus back. For those who are noise sensitive, I recommend the apartments on either the first or second floor facing west towards the park. Avoid the top floor and the apartments facing east towards the street, as there is a bar across the street that closes at midnight. Highly recommend.

The bar across the street.

The property reflects the vibe of the neighborhood perfectly, by making the rooms full of light, and enabling those three-dimensional views that the area allows with its steep level differences. It is stylish, well fitted with a rooftop terrace and a lower floor patio. The rooms are very well equipped with the basics to get by -making coffee, tea- and even for cooking to some extent. The bathrooms are spacious and the lights and their controls are well thought. The staff are truly attentive to the detail and willing to go the extra mile.

I loved the place. No complaints at all. Woulnd't change a thing.

Room was nice and bright The hotel and surrounding area was very quiet and a large comfy bed so we had a good night sleep each night Staff were very helpful - and even arranged for us to check in at 5am! Good places to eat and drink nearby

The room is small, so the bathroom is very much in the room and sectioned off by glass (as shown in the photos) so little privacy when using the toilet.

The location was really good, the view from our room was nice, even though it’s in front of a busy street the windows make a good job at canceling the outside noise, you can freely use the rooftop and the rooms don’t feel cold.

The glass windows that separate the bathroom from the room, it will be great to have some more privacy but still it’s definitely a different experience.

Excellent place to stay in Bogota, a short stroll down the hill to Zone G, and some amazing bars and restaurants right outside the door. The beds are super comfortable, large bright room with an amazing shower.

It can be quite noisy in the morning. Also very strict on 2 people per room. We had my wife's sister over for a short catch up and were unfortunately told she had to leave. Would recommend allowing 1-2 guests within reason.
