i like the breakfast service
what i did not like about the property. i was having problem with my bank card it was block . all I had was is to pay . i had to take a taxi go to the center to change 20$ us just to pay . it was such a inconvenience. and the worst part I don’t speak Spanish to even go ask how to change the money . they should have a better way for changing money . it was only 20$ us . this is what I did not like . but every thing else was good .

The price was right for the service. The bed was very confortable and the air conditioning worked very well. The staff was friendly and the food in their restaurant was both good and cheap. The hotel needs improvements to look better though.
The Wifi was awful in the room. It only worked on the common areas. The property is quite far away from Cartagena downtown and you have to pay for taxis every time you want to go out. If you want to spend your time at the beach it is just perfect because it is very close...

I actually booked the hotel but as soon as i reach I had to tell the taxi to turn around the area was super bad when we arrive to the so called hotel I had to ask the taxi if he was sure .. the balconies of the hotel was full of hanging clothes was looking more like an apartment where people does laundry and hang the clothes on the balcony was nothing like the pictures I didn't stay in the hotel I was not feeling secure and I was with my son is a no for me
