The people were great! wonderful service! Very clean and comfortable. I would stay there again!

The public beach outside of the property is dirty, smells bad and has vendors that harass you. However- the pools there are great, the security guards there try to help advise you of the situation and there is a lovely lady in the lobby who will arrange a boat ride to the Rosario Islands where you can go to crystal clear water and white sand beaches.

The staff it’s incredible kind, it’s well located and very comfortable and clean.

The staff of the reception didn’t allow late checkout and they could because the hotel wasn’t full and the room that we had wasn’t booked and I know because I made a reservation on the same kind of room and they had availability, we asked them to charge for the late checkout and they simply didn’t want to, knowing that we had our flight 5 hours after the checkout time, that’s a very disappointing treatment taking in account that is the second time we stay at the same hotel in 5 months, next time maybe we stay at a different Hotel.

The hotel gave us a room upgrade which was a suite extremely nice, comfortable and spacious. The bed was really big and comfortable; the service at the restaurants was great and the breakfast was super big and generous with a huge variety of delicious food both national and international. The hotel is located in a quite area away from the noise and therefore offers a good quality sleep. The center is 10 minutes by taxi, the hotel provides taxi services which is very convenient. There is a private garden in front of the beach which is great to relax and away from the crowded beach. Last, the value paid for the room at this hotel is very good in comparison with others located at the historic center, which offer less quality for a similar price, the Radisson is totally worth it!

There were stains in the bed sheets, which is a point for improvement :)

The staff was friendly, our room was comfortable and well maintained. The buffet breakfast was varied and delicious and the restaurant offers a lot of choices for lunch or dinner. The pool area is not huge but it was well appointed, spotless and never too crowded. The hotel sits in front of a large public beach with plenty of space. The hotel has taxi services available with friendly drivers. There is a travel office available where you can book city tours or excursions to the nearby Rosario Islands and more. The airport is less than 10 minutes away and the city center can be reached in 15 minutes. All in all, a great place for families!

While the location is great for calm and quiet, there is nothing to do within walking distance of the hotel (aside from other hotels).

Breakfast and rooms

Some members of the staff make a clear difference I. how they serve to black people as compared with white/mestizo people. We were ask many times for our room number entering the hotel but interestingly they never ask for room numbers to the white people at the hotel.

we stay at one family suite, was great!! had an amazing view, and beds were comfortable. spa was WONDERFUL l!!

hard to mix hot and cold water in one of the shower, also had a little bit of woodboring beetle so we found residues at the room but the hotel stuff was helpful and took care of that

Location is great but they need to have open the amenities late even if is low season (September).

Kevin at the front desk was not the friendliest employee. He charge me fee for late check out 😟. No lounge chairs that belong to the hotel onnthe beach, guess must rent them from third parties and pay separately.

The room is big and comfortable bed, if you are family with children you will have enough space. The food at the restoran for dinner pretty good. If you are visiting Cartagena and doesnt mind stay 10 minutes further to get to the central, this is a good deal compare to other hotel. Near to airport too.

Everything is ok

The restaurant staff was great. Always so helpful! The taxi drivers were so welcoming and helpful. We especially appreciate the general manager - Edwin.

The room temperature controls did not allow for us to set a cooler temperature. In fact, we had to change rooms because of the warm/hot temperatures.

well located, nice staff. Two different pools for families and adults make it more confortable for everyone. The solarium staff Pedro and Andres in the bar and the boys frin the pool make our time at the hotel a great moment. The food quality and price are good compare to other hotel kitchen

kitchen is so slow you could take more than an hour to get your order. The gym is too small, and may be a couple of benches and a indoor bike could help. In the lobby bar there’re music groups every night but the long pauses and the ambiance make it dull.
