I have stayed there several times over the last decade with the hotel having different names during this time. the location and cool little balcony is great, especially in the early morning hours and in the evening when autos are not allowed on the street below. they have improved the facilities overall to a clear more functional style. they don’t have breakfast or have a refrigerator on site or bottled water available on site; this should be an automatic. nevertheless, for a night or two it works for me.

Brilliant location and in walking distance to most activities. Really comfortable beds and attentive staff.

There was no hot water and construction on the building beside the hotel was at times really loud. The two rooms I stayed in only had small amount of natural light and wasn’t able to open any windows which made the room quite stuffy after a day or so.

Amazing amazing location. Just a minute away from the Clock Tower and barely few mins to all other tourist attractions. Reasonably sized room, good for a solo traveller. Friendly hotel staff.

No hot shower. No hairdryer. And no lift, you have to take the stairs up to your room which is not ideal if you have any mobility issues

Everything was smooth from start to finish. Helpful staff! I was able easily book tours, get a sim card and exchange money. The location was perfect as it was a lively area but not not enough to keep you awake at bed time. It was safe to walk alone at night as a solo traveler to this hotel.

Bed was very comfortable and the room had many different light switches to create different moods. It was located at the back of the property blocking all noise from a very busy street. Breakfast was decent and prompt service. I wish they have earlier hours. I believe they open at 7:30am.

The rooms are on the second floor and it could be not easy to haul heavy luggage. Breakfast was located around the block in a restaurant and you have to present a voucher to be served.

This place is located about 2 minutes away from the CLOCK TOWER which is the main attraction & heart of the walled city. It is located near lots of restaurants & shops & stores & clubs. I slept wonderfully every single night. The AC was EXTRA COLD 🥶. The room was clean & comfy. The staff were very friendly & you can have visitors for a small fee!

This hotel opened in the last year after the building was renovated and they did a nice job. The staff is very professional. The place is well appointed. Beds very comfortable, nice tv , good AC , no hot water , WIFI is only thing it’s a little slow. If you get a front balcony room be prepared for a lot of street noise at night. It half a block from the Clock Tower and it’s crazy till all hours. While price is a bit high the great beds and the excellent breakfast are included.

The breakfast is in a beautiful restaurant around the corner. Excellent choice. The location of the hotel is just 100 meters from the Plaza de los Coches. You are close of everywhere!

The nights are noisy because you are in the middle of the party! But this is not a problem because you're going to be tired because of all the places you're going to visit in Cartagena!

Breakfast was good had to go around the corner to get it but that was no big deal. Considering the location and price which was half of what I spent on other hotels in the area I have no complaints. It wouldn't be my choice for an extended stay but the bed was comfortable location great and staff was great.

The location is truly fantastic, right in the center of all that is happening in the old city. My first room was clean and nicely appointed, if on the small side and without window. I had a couple of minor issues in my room and the staff immediatly offered to upgrade me, to a bigger room with a balcony view. If you can, get a balcony and enjoy the people watching

The wifi had some issues the first night, but worked well the next day.
