The room was clean, shower was good with warm water. The front desk staff were very kind. Booking an airport transfer was very easy. We were able to store our luggage on our last day. We got access to our room upon arrival in the morning since it was already ready, we didn't have to wait until check-in. The location is good, close to the 70 and close to 1st and 2nd Laureles parks, walkable to estadio and unidad deportivo belen. There is a moto rental place just across the street too.

I booked a triple room hoping it would be a bit larger but it was small. There were two small windows that opened into the hallway but the air circulation didn't feel that great. I could smell smoke in the hallway one time, maybe a guest was smoking unfortunately. There was no toilet paper so I had to ask for a roll when I arrived.

Located in quiet and beautiful area close to many restaurants and stores and near metro to access all parts of Bogota. Good breakfast and staff at front desk always available to assistance 24/7. More like hotel than hostel regarding social atmosphere with a more business environment. Rooms were smaller but comfortable had everything you need

A bit far from public transport, breakfast can be a little bland and small but it was good enough to fill you.

The room was scrupulously clean. Fresh towels were given daily and the beds made. Very comfortable (firm) bed. It’s an excellent location in Laureles - close to lots of cafes and restaurants and close enough for a walk home alone at night. It is only a short walk to the nearest station. The road is quiet at night and there are no sounds from the street. The hotel corridors were quiet from about 10.30pm until breakfast began about 7am. The shower was excellent. The staff were friendly and patient with my basic Spanish. I got some last-minute discounts on this hotel which made it superb value. I had an extremely comfortable stay.

The basic rooms don’t have a window to outside. I appreciate this is common but would have like this to be reflected in the room description, as it was not stated that a more expensive room = a window. I could have then made a decision. Bring an eye mask - the light from the corridor gets into the room.

The neighbourhood has a bohemian mood and the hotel itself was adapted properly for families. Bedsheets and matresses very comfy make you rest pacefully. Very worthy staying and the staff were so helpful.

The shower may be better isolated from the rest of the room. Very tiny defect but very good place in general.

This is a great boutique hotel in the heart of Laureles. Clean facilities with air-conditioning, hot shower, and comfortable beds for an excellent price. The hotel is located directly across from the main park and a short walk to the stadium. It is surrounded by restaurants and entertainment .

From day one the staff made me feel at home - they deserve the highest praise. I cannot thank Leidy & Lisney enough for their help, support and advice. I also wish to thank the night porter & the wonderful kitchen staff. I will definitely come back here when I return to Medellin.

This is a clean "no frills" place in the heart of the very best section of Medellin; you won't find sex workers or movie stars here but you will find a kind and authentic staff who go out of their way to be helpful. It was my last day in Colombia so I needed to find a testing site for proof of being Covid-negative to board my flight back to the USA. As I had 2 heavy pieces of luggage, it would have been impossible for me to move about if the front desk staff were not so kind. After two weeks in Colombia I expected to be firmly and politely informed that storage space is available for a price; the kind and excellent and professional staff said "Yes" to my request to store my luggage - 6 hours past check and never tried to shake me down for extra money. I felt like I had nice people with no ulterior motives other than being helpful. Thank you for making my last day in Colombia a day without stress!

With a name that includes the word "Boutique," I was disappointed to discover that there were neither peacocks nor orchids in the lobby. I would have been a bit more relaxed if the doors to the rooms had m electronic keys to open the doors instead of old fashioned keys.
