Location was close to everything in Laureles area. TThe staff was great and so was the included breakfast. The room was quite spacious.

I originally booked a room with a balcony. Turned out it was too loud at night from the noise from the street and the restaurants below so I had to change to a room without balcony so it would be quieter The door of the balcony didn't shield the room enough form the noise. The bed was a little too firm for my taste and the pillows were too thick - I am used to much skinnier pillows so it affected my sleep.

it is new and built with very good taste. It’s comfortable and good quality.

Service wasn’t that great. The idea of having a person showing you the room, makes check in process slow and uncomfortable. It feels like the only purpose of the person showing the room is to make sure that sure that mini bar is complete and he even counts each piece.

Amazing hotel, Staff at first contact was super, quick chekin, They took our bags to the room. The room itself was perfect. Modern, good size and clean. Breakfast was superb, something new every day (we stayed for 4 days). Very friendly staff. We had an excellent stay and will stay here in a heart beat!

Noise from the bars nearby was almost unbearable no fault of the hotel tho.

Lovely room with great facilities. Good location for Laureles and accessing the stadium and restaurants there. We were on the 7th floor and had fantastic views. Nice balcony and nice big bathroom. Couple of good restaurants immediately below for breakfast. I'd stay again.

We were on the top floor and it's true the music was still really loud from the street. I slept through it with earplugs and exhaustion anyway.

loud noise all night; there are pluses and minuses to this. It is by the 70th street (party street) so you can walk back from the bars/clubs, but also you hear loud music and people all night, even during the week. If you wanna be in the middle if the action this is part of the deal!

location was great for the things we had to do the next day. There is an amazing restaurant downstairs and and a great pizzeria and sushi restaurant 100ft away

It was very noisy but it has NOTHING TO DO WITH THE HOTEL. The street is full of bars and clubs so it is natural that the nightlife makes it difficult to sleep. In any case, it was tolerable, we were able to sleep with no issues.

good location, parking area outside for guest. Breakfast was adequate all you can eat. They made toasts for us North Americans. Staff was outstanding, very helpful. Because of the trees outside the birds did their business on my car, a member of the staff helped me clean it…outstanding.

Because of some discotechs the night time is a little noisy. But we slept anyways.

All staff were incredible! Front desk, plumber, electrician, cook, waitress, waiter, greeter, Manuela, Johanna, everyone! I'll stay here again!

I had a great stay at Eutopiq! The staff were kind and helpful. I had an issue with my television that was quickly resolved by the front desk staff. Lots of dining options in the immediate area. Safe and walkable neighborhood.

I wish the would have like a breakfast buffet!

At the first week it was really loud all night long! There was a festival going on!
