It was more of a motel than a hotel, but they did a great job overall. The location couldn't be better it's right on the edge of Laureles' restaurant district. The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean and up-to-date. My room had a jacuzzi which was a really nice addition. The bed and pillow were very comfortable, the AC unit worked well.. the bathroom was nice with a strong shower and lots of hot water. Overall, a great experience!

The breakfast was pretty good but there wasn't much selection. No French toast or waffles - just the usual Colombian fare. Also, the room had just two towels and they were quite small - no hand towels or facecloths. Also, the rooftop hot tub and sauna which were advertised online were closed.

Lovely hotel, the location is amazing! Super close to everything you could want. Breakfast great each morning, slightly different options and a buffet drinks section. Staff lovely, happy to assist when we wanted to stay an extra night.

Rooms not soundproof - other guests were super loud (not the hotels fault, but maybe inform guests to keep it down after 10pm and before 9am) we had someone playing guitar outside our room at 6am one morning

This hotel blew my expectations all away because firstly, I booked this hotel by mistake. It was the best mistake that I had ever made in my life that came back to give me so much please in making that mistake.

The people. Right from the start at Check in. When I checked in, I got there at 11 am. They could not give me a room because they have a 1:pm checkout. So, they let me sit in their restaurant, drink coffee and wait. I even took my clothes for the warmer weather and changed in their restaurants bathroom while waiting for my room. These people were so giving.

The staff was really great and helpful, they allowed us to use the hot tub after hours because it was cold for our time slot; the room was also very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was also very nice with lots of good restaurants and bars near by.

The breakfast is good but very understaffed and the waiter struggled with our order and to remeber to get us drinks, we had to remind her five times before our drinks were served. The hot tub also takes a long time to heat up, and will most likely not be hot during your hour reservation.

I liked everything! Everything was so clean, the staff were amazing, really kind people and they were there to help in every moment that it was needed. The breakfast was delicious.

The room could have been a little more bigger

the rooms are total different from what you see it was a good location the people were awesome but the room was my only problem

i asked for a room with balcony paid for it but there was no room with balcony on the property

There is a Rooftop lounge and bar with a jacuzzi that guests must reserve. The stuff was amazing. Free breakfast from 7am-10am with 6 to 8 optional. Restaurants across the street bars etc walking distance. If you like dancing Salsa go to Son Havana live bands every night and 3 min away. Super clean, underground parking, restaurant with daily special, fridge, ac and 24 hour secured entre. The owner is always at the property and was so nice. The stuff always made sure I was ok since I was alone and had never been to Colombia. Calle 70 is 5 min away this street is full of restaurants and bars maybe 30 to 40 that close at 6am for nightlife. They also can book you a tour to Guatape cheaper than on your own and the tour bus picks you up there. Ask about their tours.

No ice machine but they gave me ice everytime I asked.

Good location in Laureles, Medellín, good breakfast, laundry service and very clean rooms. Overall good value for money.

Going to the jacuzzi is a strange experience of selecting a time beforehand then being sat in there in the middle of a restaurant, after having been I would personally not recommend it.

The location and cost with air conditioning.

Even though I know I registered as two people they told me that I had to pay 80.000 for my girlfriend because I registered for 1 person

This hotel was well managed with professional staff. Great value for the price. Close to many restaurants, gyms...

Not very close to metro 15-20 min walk My room faced the main road which in a way is nice you can watch the action outside from the huge windows. On the downside is it can be noisy at night from the music outside especially on weekends, even with these well insulated windows.
