We had one of the double rooms facing the Main Street. The noise was there, but it didn’t bother us much. I always sleep with earplugs anyways and yes you can hear some dogs barking and cars passing by, but it wasn’t awfully loud as others have noted here. If you’re used to a city street noises, that’s what it’s like. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and the breakfast was very good!! Also the location is great - walking distance to the town center with parking spaces right in front of the hotel.

An early checkin would have been appreciated. We arrived 30 min earlier at 2:30pm and couldn’t checkin as checkin is at 3pm. Perhaps the room wasn’t quite ready for us, but would have been nice if that’s what was said to me by the front desk vs the fact that checkin is at 3pm.

The property was amazing, rooms were great even though it took us a while to find the power points (under the bedside tables). The view is gorgeous from room 101, day and night (tip: wear pants and long sleeves mosquitoes do not discriminate and they are bloody vicious) Coffee percolador in the room was thoughtful and the aroma in the mornings helped waking in paradise.

Arepas ran out on the first day :( And they did not have a small store to get basic things (or wine) on site. We would have loved to enjoy a glass of wine or two by the fire pit on the first night 😊 The track at the back was great however I was traveling with my elderly parents which means that I would have prefer more security around the path specially as it was raining and I was afraid they would slip.

The hotel is very new and I absolutely loved the interior. Beds are comfortable and staff was super friendly. You can tell the owners have a great eye for detail. We loved to stay at Panorama Salento and would definitely stay there again.

I think the rooms are perfect for two people. We booked a room for three people but it’s basically the same room and you can just add a bed on the floor. It’s a bit too small if you spend a lot of time in your room, however as we were always out during the day and only used the room for sleeping it wasn’t a problem at all.

The hotel itself is beautiful and it has a lovely walkway in the back that we enjoyed. The fireplace was perfect and the breakfast was good. The people working there were nice. The location was great. The room was simple but had everything you needed. My family and I had a lovely stay.

It was difficult to fall asleep at night because of the noise from the road. You could hear every motorcycle and every car drive by as if you were outside.

Newly built. Modern bathrooms. Great location away from the plaza but with quick access. Amazing views of the valley.

Only issue was the mosquitos. No screens on doors/windows. The open air was nice but wish we had something to mitigate the bugs

It was way to expensive. Especially the breakfast not worth the money. As a vegan or vegetarian you just get 20% of what the full breakfast actually provides. They didn’t provide anything in return, not even an avocado for example.

The location is great and everyone working at the property was very nice and helpful!

At some point of our stay there was no longer water in our room. The staff was really helpful and changed us to another (bigger) room with water. The water drainage in the jacuzzi in the bigger room was not working properly.

The grounds and room are beautiful! Plus parking was free and easy. Staff was excellent! Everyone so friendly and helpful.

Limited hot water. Tried to fill the jacuzzi tub and the hot water ran out halfway through and the tub was cool to lukewarm.

Property was clean and modern. Loved the breakfast in the morning which consisted of a fruit bowl, orange juice and eggs with either bread or an arepa and coffee. The property is located approximately 5 minutes away from the main plaza.

Very close to the main plaza and beautiful design! Nice private stroll in the back of the hotel. Staff was very helpful! Pet friendly!

No sound isolation between the rooms but they were working on it, so should be better in the future. We would stay again.
