Location was excellent in the middle of the Old Town. Apartment was very comfortable, had all amenities and it was quiet at night despite being in the town centre.

The electric wall sockets by the bed looked unsafe as they were lose and cracked.. There was a piece of plaster which had come away from the wall in the lounge area. However, minor issues which could easily fixed. Lack of instructions on how to flush toilet, hot water for shower and dishwasher. These should have been explained or instructions left in apartment.

Location is fantastic! In the heart of the old town with lots of restaurants and cafés nearby. The apartment is very comfortable and well maintained (mostly). The bed is comfortable and the sofa beds too. Kitchen could be better equipped but has the very basic stuff. The host was very kind and willing to help. The apartment is very fresh, we didn’t t even use the air conditioning, if you open the windows the temperature is perfect!

The shower is extremely uncomfortable. It is so small you can barely fit inside and the curtain is very big so it gets on your way all the time. The paint on the walls is falling off, it should be painted again. The restaurant downstairs starts working annoyingly early and they make a lot of noise. Around 6:00am they start moving tables, taking out the trash and God knows what else but they are really loud.

The property was right in the middle of the old town, surrounded by lots of restaurants and history! Everything that we needed (the shops, harbour, and delicious food) were all within 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The air conditioning was a blessing after spending the hot days outside, and the room was high enough off the ground to not be affected by people outdoors still enjoying a later night. The room was spacious and clean and just perfect for a short stay. And the view from the living room window was incredible!

We honestly found everything just perfect for us

A really nice apartment located in the heart of Dubrovnik. There are 3 flights of stairs as the apartment is on the top level, so heads up if carrying heavy luggage. We received really great communication with the apartment, they sent over clear check-in and hotel information in advance. Check-in office was easy to locate and the apartment is only 30 seconds from the apartment. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need and we had a good amount of extra towels on hand.

I think the only negative review would be to receive more toilet roll. We were there for 6 nights and there were only 2 rolls. There was also a smell of cat urine upon entrance of the building - although this might not be managed by whoever looks after the apartment. Apart from that, I would recommend and even stay again.

The location. The apartment was also really comfortable and the air conditioning was amazing to have in such hot summer weather. The check in staff was also really friendly and gave great tips.

We could have used another set of keys. We only had one for the group of 4. We were told they should have been two so the fact that one was "lost" didn't inspire a lot of condifence...

Excellent location, right in the heart of old town, everything within easy walking distance. The apartment was super comfortable and perfect for a family or couple. Great little kitchen but too many restaurants to choose from right downstairs. Harry was extremely good at communication and knowledgeable about local things to know.

The position is perfect, in the middle of the Old City, and in the lower part, so you don't have to climb hundreds of stairs to come back home (apart from the three floors up to the apartment). The apartment is spacious.

The toilet needs some renovation, and doesn't smell too good. The apartment wasn't perfectly clean at arrival.

The stairs up to the apartment are very hard to navigate with suitcases. Even without them it is tiring going up and down them several times a day.

Great location, great large apartment - a very comfy bed. Washing machine very handy.
