Everything was perfect, since the welcoming at reception, staff extremely friendly, rooms with a very highly quality standards and spacious, very organized and displayed. They also have a very good restaurant and the coffee machine at the room was a Nespresso which I loveeeee. To get to Old Town Ubers cost 4 euros only. There are also more restaurants and shops nearby and the Port of Dubrovnik. I truly loved my stay 🤩🤩🤩

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to have the hotel breakfasts, but I had a perfect dinner of an Angus burger with a bottle of Plavac. Just perfect!! The room was spacious, comfortable and warm with a pleasant balcony. The bathroom was very clean and spacious. The staff I encountered (cleaners in the corridor, waiter at dinner, and the receptionists) were cheerful and friendly.

There was nothing in the hotel that I didn't like.

The hotel is ideally situated. It is only a few steps away from a bus stop where tourists can catch the bus to Old Town Dubrovnik. It is a short walk to Tommy Supermarket and other establishments. It is also near the marina where you can find nice cafes, bistro, etc. The hotel has great customer service. A few days before we arrived, they contacted us to provide us with information about parking and other hotel services. The hotel is relatively new, modern and has a boutique feel. We were lucky to be given a room on the top floor with a rooftop terrace. The view from the terrace was awesome.

The location was v good and easy to access for the airport. The room was comfortable and well climate controlled. The whole area was really quiet and easy to get a bus into the old town (same stop just outside the hotel is a place where you can pick up the Platanus bus to the airport). The rooms were clean and made up every day. Multiple supermarkets are close by to stock up on provisions within 5mins walk.

There weren’t as many facilities as could have been (eg a small fitness centre might have been nice), and the pillows weren’t as plush so the sleep was a little less comfortable. There was a broken vanity mirror in the suite which albeit I didn’t use, but created an impression of less maintenance.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect – just a 20-minute walk to the Old Town, with all necessary infrastructure nearby. It’s conveniently situated right between the bus station and the Old Town, making it easy to get around. The hotel offers all the amenities you could need, and the staff at the reception were extremely friendly and even helped me with a personal matter. The rooms were very clean and quiet, and overall, the stay was incredibly comfortable. 24/7 reception, underground parking available for an extra fee. Room includes a coffee machine with capsules and sugar, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, slippers, hairdryer, and high-speed Wi-Fi. I would love to come back again.

We like the hotel location, since it is about 16 mins walking distance from the main bus station, and 25 mins walking distance to the old town. If you want to take the bus, there is a bus stop just right in front of the hotel, 1A, 1B, 3 & 6 to the old town with 2.5eu per person. During our stay, the weather changed warm although it is still in spring, we are not able to turn in the air conditioning, therefore the room is very stuffy. The only option is to open the window. However, we can't leave the window open while we sleeping because we found out that we are on the top floor where the balcony can be accessed by other hotel guests. The hotel is very new, somehow not sure why during the hot sun time, there are lots of black ants at the window area. But luckily, they just stay in that area. We love the shower so much, it is hot and very good water pressure. Lastly, I would like to give a shout to the staff Gina, she's very friendly and helpful, she's definitely one of the super star in the hotel. Thank you Gina.

The room air conditioning

I just needed to be somewhere within walking distance of the bus station so this fitted the bill perfectly as it was about a 20 minute easy walk. It had the added advantage of being a cheap cab ride into the old city. The staff I encountered at check in and check out were extremely warm and friendly. They were very helpful in answering my questions which were actually nothing to do with the hotel. When I saw they had given me a room next to the elevator I was worried about noise - they are so quiet though so I didn't hear a thing all night!

I couldn't work out how to turn down the temperature in the room. I resorted to opening the window though and that did the job...and it was a quiet area so no noise problems.

The hotel is located about 10 minutes on foot from the port and the bus station, if you want to get to the city centre, there is a bus stop just in front of it. The room was well equipped, it even had a minibar and coffee maker (Nespresso, but unfortunately no tea was available), bottle opener and wine glasses. The room was clean, warm and spacious, the staff nice and helpful.

Having read the negative reviews describing the hotel breakfast, I didn't order it - a bit pricey I would say (15 Eur per person). Would do with two or three bags of tea to be able to make a nice warm cup in the evening.

I loved the hotel room, it was fantastic. I was so lucky to get balconies overlooking the harbour. The comfort was amazing, the bed, the lounge chair and the coffee machine, the fridge, the lighting fixtures, the huge shower, the toiletries. I was so happy and it was very hard to leave! The staff was amazing. I could walk from the bus station (with a big suitcase) to the hotel which was a plus. The location was between the main beach area and old town. I would for sure come back. The walk to old town was quite challenging up and down hills, but it was beautiful once you reached the seaside and it was totally worth it. I would not let that stop me, since there are not many top hotels like this in old town.
