Small boutique style hotel in the hills between Rabac and Labin. Amazing panoramic view of coast from rooms, terrace and pool. Nice pool and terrace area. Breakfast was amazing with grilled and marinated vegetables, freshly prepared egg dishes, fruit etc. Very nice and helpful staff. Comfortable suites with balconies and sea view, very clean. All in all a great stay, thank you!

Dogs not allowed in restaurant but the staff was very helpful and arranged breakfast for us on the terrace or garden so we could take the dog with us. Also it would have been great to have a dinner option in the hotel as no restaurant is within walking distance.

Our Classic Suite was extremely spacious, nicely furnished, clean, comfortable, and comprised a bedroom with a king bed and TV, a living room with a sofa which converted into an additional double bed and another TV. There were also two bathrooms (one with a bathtub), whilst the balcony was large and offered a nice view of the bay. The room included two air-conditioners, a mini bar refrigerator stocked with a variety of drinks, as well as tea / coffee making facilities. The free Wi-Fi worked well. The swimming pool area was a lovely feature of the complex and besides having pool lounge chair seating (with the option of umbrellas) around the pool, also had an undercover bar / dining area where one could order drinks and also light food such as tapas, schnitzel, chips, sandwiches, and the like for lunch or during the course of the afternoon. The quality of the food was very good. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a large variety of food choices available, as well as the option to have eggs cooked to your liking or have breakfast in the nearby outdoor garden if one wished. Staff were very efficient, friendly and provided first-class service

This is not a dislike but something to note:- It should be noted that the hotel restaurant is not open for evening meals, and you really need to have your own vehicle to be able to access the restaurants in Rabac (5-minute drive), as to walk entails at least a 30-minute walk down and then in excess of 45 minutes to walk back up the very steep hill to the hotel. Staff were very helpful in providing the best parking options in close proximity to the restaurant we had booked.

We liked everything! The family suite is large, clean and comfortable, with a large balcony and an amazing view over the bay. The swimming pool and the delicious breakfast were also great. The staff is friendly and helpful, we enjoyed every minute of our holiday.

great staff, great pool, great suite, the view is really nice. you need 5min with car or 25 min walking (steep slope to get there) to find a spot to swim. The sea was clean.

no kitchen in the suites and nothing to eat there, it is needed to ask cuttlery to the hotel kitchen

Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food, and also they offered eggs prepared to your liking. The view from our suite overlooking the harbor was beautiful. Villa Annette has a shuttle bus that runs at the request of the client.

Breakfast is amazing and have enough variety of choices. You can special order an omlette or fried eggs. Filter coffer on the house non stop refill.

Love the view and quiet place to relax. A personal villa for a holiday break are absolutely perfect. Most importantly is the view looking over to the sea. We love it!

The room is large with a big balcony and nice view over the bay. Breakfast is a delicious buffet, where you can also choose for fried eggs. Ivana is the perfect host! She is always there for you and gives very good tips on restaurants and places to visit. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I can definitely recommend it!

The place is super quiet, which a big plus during the summer season.

We have been given different room from the one we booked. They did not said anything while check-ing in and once we asked about it the reception staff was clueless. We booked the room with the view but the one we got was the room on the 1st floor overlooking the parking lot. Breakfast was ok but in order to have it around the pool area, you need to bring your own plates outside on the tray. Only two people were working during the breakfast time. We were waiting for our 2 plates of eggs for over 15min with the restaurant half empty. Also, I feel like 4* hotels should promote celebrations in the rooms, or at least during the check-ins. All in all, apart from the pool and the view, you just do not have a feeling that you are staying in the 4* hotel.

Breakfast. Considering the apartment rate per night during the high season, I was not expecting to pay some extra money to get a cappuccino/espresso.

ACs were not always cooperative. A bit too far from the beach if you dont have a car.
